A 4/4 for 4 mana with possibly the cheapest blood rush ability which seems great for aggro and midrange.
The main reason I would include this card is it's a 3 mana planeswalker which is really low mana cost I think and it's +1 and -7 are really good as you can draw a card and put it in your hand if it's a creature and creatures you control get double strike, trample, hexproof, and haste. The -2 isn't really all too good to me but it's other abilities are good enough for me to play the card.
A good card for dealing final damage to win a game or to buff your creature so that it does double strike this turn and the permanents you control becoming indestructible is good also.
A great card against aggro decks as it can buy you a turn where they can't attack and does similar to Bonfire of the Damned I think with the advantage of being an instant.
A great card against control or life gain decks as it does damage and they can't gain life this turn which I think is good against Sphinx's Revelation
Good for creature removal and dealing damage to players.
Cards to consider (I won't be explaining any of the old cards as you have an idea why they are good) :
possibly not a main deck card but something to consider against tokens maybe.
A good one drop with the Battalion ability making it 3/3 which would more than likely make it into my deck.
