If chromatic lantern is in, I think Rakdos Keyrune could be a great resource here. More black mana and 3/1 first strike takes out most of the problem creatures this deck will face, like thragtusk who comes to mind quickly. Just saying.
We live in a time of Multicolored decks. You assume that at the time you cast faith's shield, the opponent creatures of one color out, and this isn't necessary likely.
Why not just run 2x Rogue's Passage as a way to get that token through?
yeah but if it is multicolored and i give protection to one of the two colors that the spell or creature is, then its protected. unless im horribly wrong..
i just feel we have the opportunity here to have vraska as our ace in the hole, but that the rest of the walkers will more than put pressure on
im liking the lilly suggestions, and am wondering if blood artist might be a good option?

Also to address something a few posts above, it's not hard to name the common color amongst all their creatures/or choose their removal color when using a Faith's Shield. Everytime I drop faith's shield it completely protects my permanent from their threats for that turn, if it's not for you then you may be naming the wrong color.
Faith's Shield is IMO the best protection card in standard at the moment, and is designed for decks like these and exalted where getting 1 creature through is devastating.

Edit: sorin markov as a 2of might be awesome
Sadly Sorin Markov is no longer legal.
