Your sig has three seperate Blue-based midrange decks "in testing." Not to be a dick, but why are you testing these color combinations and forgoing Green, which has the best midrange creature in Standard, Thragtusk? It seems like all of your lists do a great job of beating up control (which is so powerless as to not be worth metagaming against) and loses to Zombies (which looks really strong, and a card like Thragtusk would help at that.)
Oh, I thought he was talking about playing a spell that is countering a spell with counters on it as it comes into play, but I see you guys were just discussing whether he was flashing a creature with flash in order to flash a flashback or just flashing a creature with flash but not needing flash in order to flashback a spell without flash.
Jace Seems Unnecessary for what your trying to do, you just want to win the race, not control the board. I think I'd try either some thundermaw hellkites, or possible Unsummons in that slot.

Because I love playing Blue. If we had Breeding Pool, Stomping Ground, and Water Grave....Id try some UGB, or UGR type deck, but without that type of Mana-fixing...I dont think they'll be consistent enough to fight Zombies. I could try a UGW type deck, because we have Temple Garden and Hallowed Fountain...but I cannot think of a deck I like enough to try it...but it could be worth looking at.

There are some extremely strong Bant decks being built on here. Blue White Green has some great synergy and arguably the best charms in the Meta. There is a strong core around Bant that could quite possibly be a Tier 1 deck.

Honestly I'd start any UWR deck with 4 Geist, 4 Bonfire. The strength of those cards both individually and together is the entire reason I'd play this colour combination. That said I'd be much more aggressive, certainly not running Jace and probably running Delver. Something like
That's just off the top of my head, but I wouldn't be ashamed to play this deck. Really miss Ponder, though :(.
This may be an entirely different deck from what you're building but it's almost certainly more powerful. Midrange isn't really in the cards for this colour combination in my opinion, not without Blade Splicer. If you really want these colours I'd go more aggressive like my list above, or even more controlling - your list minus GoST and Pike, +Sweepers (some mix of Terminus, Verdict) and maybe more walkers like Tamiyo. A midrange UWR deck is just going I be worse than a midrange deck in other colours (which probably does play green for Thragtusk, as another poster mentioned, and/or plays black for real removal. Something like the midrange Jund builds flying around).

The deck has some questionable cards, such as Cackling Counterpart and Sphinx's Revelation. The deck is a delver shell with no delver you can play into the late game and Revelation is insane, with the board wipes available to UW Miracles, casting this card for 4 is game over. Cackling Counterpart is very good as well, i would love to have one more but I think the way it is one is good. If i added another space would be made for a rootborn defenses as that interaction is nuts. Counterparting everything but Geist rocks and leads to a massive advantage in cards or board state. Could easily cut a Island for a Mountain also just to be safe on the red side, as the deck has plenty of blue. Sideboard is still a mess but this deck has worked in my favor 65 /35 in the match ups above all of which should be major players in the format.
