Won my local Gameday with Naya pod, beating out Infect, Delver, and Mono-green in the top 8 and beating Delver, U/W control, and Esper mid-range in the swiss.
Drafted afterwards, went undefeated but didn't get a playmat because some girl threw a fit that she didn't get a playmat even though she technically placed behind me due to tiebreakers. (We were both undefeated.) I didn't feel like hearing her whine anymore so I just gave it up.
I lost to esper tokens after;
1. I didn't tap cavern of souls right after naming insect for my vorapede.
2. Mismanaged mana 2 turns in a row making me unable to get moorland haunt tokens.
3. Using acidic slimes for anthems instead of the o-ring my sowap was under and giving heavy beats.
It was long day of moving furniture in 100 degree weather, but I got my my two full article cards, so I can't complain about being tired.
Our tournament was a five round - top 8 get prizes. There were about 30-40 people there. I went 5-0 beating Goblins, U/W Delver, B/W Exalted, Bant Pod and Mono White humans. Got a playmat and nine packs and ended up getting a griselbrand. All in all a good day.

If you're gonna come at the King, you'd best not miss.
I wish I could have played Game Day. I missed it because it was either Game Day or PTQ Seattle. Got 9 packs for 20th place at the PTQ after losing the last 2 rounds. I feel like I could have done better at Game Day.

Legacy - Sneak Show, BR Reanimator, Miracles, UW Stoneblade
Premodern - Trix, RecSur, Enchantress, Reanimator, Elves https://www.facebook.com/groups/PremodernUSA/ Modern - Neobrand, Hogaak Vine, Elves
Standard - Mono Red (6-2 and 5-3 in 2 McQ)
Draft - (I wish I had more time for limited...)
Commander - Norin the Wary, Grimgrin, Adun Oakenshield (taking forever to build) (dead format for me)
Got to finals with RB Zombies, lost outright to UB Tezzeret due to being sleep deprived. Went 3-1 before top 8, and beat out UW Delver and Goblins.
Board state was Falkenrath Aristocrat, Highborn Ghoul, and 2 Gravecrawlers on untap against a tapped and untapped Wurmcoil Engine. Opponent was at 7 life. The correct play was to swing with everything and sacrifice whatever gets blocked for lethal, but I didn't think about it, just let it block entirely, and lost to the life gain. This is the same game that went for 16 turns.
I played a JUND Trading Post/Tracker deck. It was a blast to play, but I dropped after round three because I was too tired. I played against UW control, BR "Sack Lunch" (Blood Artist/Aristocrat), and GW Cloudshift/Thragtusk.
I was on a perfect game going 2-0 every round but the last one, and ended up going 1-2 against delver for my last match. I got 4th place (Don't understand how seeing as me and the opponent who beat me were the only previously undefeated players.) Either way, I was happy. I got my foil magma quake and opened 10 packs. I pulled a Chandra, the Firebrand and a foil Nicol Bolas. I don't use playmates anyway.

Got something like 5th out of 20-something. 3-1 losing to bant pod and beating BR Vampires, UB Infect, and some janky UR stuff deck. No cut to Top 8, and only prize support was Game Day promos. Still fun and a decent end to my competitive Magic career for now.
Got 1st out of about 30 with R/B Vampires, feel ashamed though. I play Grixis control 90% of my FNM/other standard tournaments, with Nicky in the mainboard even. Should have played that deck given he's on the mat, but ah well.
My G/W human deck went 4-0 during rounds and then made finals. Out of 20 people, I was glad that there were only 2 different delver decks I played against 1 of them in the finals and that was the only deck that beat me. I did not bother side-boarding against it, and that is what killed me
Had 35 players in the tournament, I got 3rd. Won 12 packs and pulled a Thragtusk
I played G/R Aggro. I thought that I played really well. Only loss was to U/R Delver, let's just say the luck of the Bonfire was with him this day
I think I had some pretty lucky moments in the tournament, and in general I think G/R Aggro is pretty lackluster right now, even with the addition of Thundermaw Hellkite. I'm going to be playing Naya Pod next week I think, just trying to settle on my list.
played with turbofog
won against a wb exalted and lost against delver, wu blink/control and rug ramp titans.
i'm pretty disappointed cos there were just 9 people at my lgs and i was the only one not in the top 8

We had 10 people on Saturday (and two dropped)
Played Delver (of course :)) Round 1: Beat some new kid that was playing one of the pre - made decks from Magic 2013 (the black / white one). Round 2: Drew against a Bant Pod deck. Round 3: Won 2-1 in the mirror, thus proving that Invisible Stalker is awesome to my opponent. Round 4: Won 2-1 against Esper control with exact damage due to an Insectile Aberration and a Snapcaster Mage with a Sword of War and Peace equipped.
Lovely mat, horrible price packs.

I was playing my mono-black control infect. I went 2-0 vs tezz, 2-0 vs batterskull/gideon boros control, 2-1 vs a different tezz deck. Then 2-0 vs grixis vamps, 2-0 vs Heartless combo, and 2-1 vs the same tezz I lost a game to before and won first.

"Bound by hell-forged chains and fate-haunted circumstance. Well, then--let it be thus so--and men will have cause to tremble and flee when they hear the names of Elric of Melinbone and Stormbringer, his sword. We are two of a kind--produced by an age which has deserted us. Let us give this age cause to hate us!”
I played my RG brew to a 1-2 drop. There was 55 players and cut to top 8 so as soon as you got 2 losses, you were out of top 8 contention.
Round 1 - BW Zombie Pox
Was paired against a friend playing this. Games were anything to write home about, managed to easily 2-0 this.
Round 2 - Bant Pod
Game 1, I had him down to 7 threatening lethal next turn, then he ripped Pod, then proceeded to Sun Titan, Image, copy my Conscripts, untap Pod, go get Elesh. Game two was much of the same. 0-2.
Round 3 - UG Defiant Infect
Games one and two, we each do our thing and on to game 3. Game 3 i had two Flinthoof Boar out posing lethal next turn after the attack(his life was at 6), I was at 2 poison, he had a Wild Defiance and two Blighted Agent out. I basically just left it to the top of his deck to draw a pump spell or lose the match. He drew a Titanic Growth and won.
Overall, I really like how my deck performed despite the 1-2 record. Flinthoof Boar was amazing in those games.
Got into the Top 4 at the Gameday tournament! Brought my MBC deck. Definitely had some opponents scared with multiple Obliterators and Bloodgifts out Lol.
1st round: Played a G/W backpack pod deck went 2-1. He beat me 2nd game with Gavony Township but during the other games I swept the board of all his creatures and dominated from there.
2nd round: Played against Mono White Humans with Cathar's Crusade. 2-0 Stomped him out fast. 1st game I milled away his only answer to Obliterator with Horrifying Revelation.
3rd round: U/W Delver. Went 2-1. He beat me 2nd game with a Piked Traft, but I demolished him the other games.
4th round: a better U/W Delver than before. Went 1-2. He was pulling shenanigans wiht Resto Angel and Augur of Bolas.
Top 8 Round 1: Played the U/W Delver from 3rd round. Went 2-0. He misplayed during the first game when he was about to win, so I came back. Then he only drew 2 islands 2nd game, so I ran the board.
Round 2: Played the same deck from Round 1 of the Tourney. I just got awful draws and he beat me 0-2.
Overall, the deck worked really well. I'd usually have enough answers to win the first games and sideboarded well enough during the others.
