I didn't list Restoration Angel or Zealous Conscripts because I figured it was a given they would be going into my deck. Plus they had already been mentioned earlier in the thread.
@DXI-Edge Thank you for taking the time to test these cards and for your feedback. You have confirmed my suspicions on the majority of the cards I listed.
A few notes on the last couple days of testing. I run a Naya Pod with a heavier top end, not the Kibler version. For future reference, I'll call it Elesh Pod.
- Removed Solemn Simulacrum. Added a Borderland Ranger. So far I think it is running better. There are so many good 4 drops that I almost never want to waste a Blade Splicer podding into a Solemn when I could be getting a Huntmaster or Restoration Angel. He allows you to keep more hands than Solemn would, which I find to be difficult with Elesh Pod.
- Wolfir Siverheart has replaced the Archon of Justice that I was running. He has a great impact with this aggro heavy deck. Even podding into him and pairing with a Bird can be a great trick. He has been unexpected every time. Could be something to think about even in Kibler Pod. I could see a top end with Slime, Conscripts, and Wolfir.
sideboard.. seems defensive, we shouldn't need to go that instead of conscripts/silver heart pretty much ever, unless it's a battle of sheer ground numbers. (which it shouldnt be)
Thragtusk is going to do some work, that's for sure. Pre-AVR it would of been borderline, but with Restoration Angel, you're getting a 5/3, a 3/3 and 10 life. Add in another 3/3 if it dies somewhere, or you manage to flash it again.
It also solves the problem with Wolfir (and most of our 5/6 drops) in that it's basically vapor snag proof, or rather, punishes the opponent for casting it.

Borderline? Not at all. Thragtusk is really good. It's a 5/3 for 5 that almost always draws an extra card and often draws 2 or more. Thragtusk is close to Angel power level on it's own. Playing it with Angel is just absurd.
Restoration Angel and Zealous Conscripts are both infinitely better than anything you listed.
I'm playing a 1-of Hound of Griselbrand just for a little more sweeper resilience too.

- Zealous Conscripts is a beast, don't think I'm surprising anyone.

I'm excited for the card as well, but there's so many great 5 drops already, I don't know what I want to cut.
