Hey there community, I've always been watching your threads on Google's results so I decided to make an account about some ideas I've been thinking about, thanks for your time.
If I have any errors linking my cards, please let me know.
Which cards should I just outright eliminate from the maybe-board?
It seems like a bunch of cards just randomly tossed together. I don't see the synergy or theme behind the deck. I also see a few cards that are just downright bad and I have no idea why you are running them. So what exactly are you trying to achieve and can you explain why you chose each card?

Done.

Livewire Lash and Mutagenic Growth seems like a decent pairing for sure. Goes well with Guile.
Things I'm not so sure about...
-Primordial Hydra is too slow and susceptible to removal for an aggro deck like yours, and gives your opponent time to remove the aggresive creatures first and the Hydra later at his leisure, since
-Druid's Repository isn't necessary if the Hydra is all that you'll be ramping into. Your mana would be better spent on hexproof, card advantage, evasion, and more creatures.
-Runechanter's Pike + Cantrips is alright, but in an aggro deck like this, you shouldn't have to be wasting mana sifting for your best cards. Use Swords instead.

Which hexproof/card advantage/evasion and creatures should i take a look at?
I guess it's kinda slow, but it becomes HUGE quite fast, although i understand about removals, maybe i could add in more protection, because Hydra is just such a huge finisher.
Cantrips? It's just one mana, and with 1 elves, 1 birds and 2 DRs i don't mind it, and i'm sure swords are better, BUT, they are very pricey, will expire very soon and that's just not worth it
I'd say check out the Counterwolves thread: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=362219
It's old but still kicking around, and will help you see how this idea has changed (and yet not changed much) over the last 8 months.
I truely think Counterwolves will only get better thanks to Rancor.

3 Viridian Emisarry - Viridian emissary is good but you will find that an opponent will either be unwilling to attack into it or block it or the extra land won't be relevant. I would replace this with something like elvish visionary that has an enter the battlefield effect.
4 Invisible Stalker - Hexproof, unblockable. Good with your buff theme.
1 Llanowar Elves - Early mana, rancor sacrifice /w buff. Birds of paradise is better. You want to run at least 4 mana dorks because they are more effective and relevant in your opening hand. It would also be a good idea to include a good 3 drop to play on turn 2.
2 Primordial Hydra - Mid/Late game finisher. Ditch primordial hydra. You already have wolfir silverheart which is a better more consistent fatty. Also you don't really have the mana to ramp into it and there are much better big finisher creatures in blue and green. For example, consecrated sphinx or frost titan.
2 Young Wolf - Young wolf isn't that great and would be better as additional mana dorks.
2 Champions of Lambholt - the 2g in the casting cost really hurts this. You also don't really have anything that floods the field with creatures. With rancor+the built in evasion of your creatures I find this unnecessary.
1 Inquisitor's Flail - this card is rubbish and doesn't really have any synergy with your deck 1 or 2 Runechanter's Pike - You probably won't be running enough spells to support this.
3 Livewire Lash - this could be decent considering it has good synergy with wild defiance
4 Ranger's Guile - good limited card but doesn't really have a place in this deck might be worth it with wild defiance but I would rather run more creatures or mana leaks instead.
I wouldn't give up on it just yet. Overall the deck looks a lot like some of the UG block constructed decks or like a UG infect deck minus the infect. You need to get rid of all the 1 and 2 ofs to try and improve the consistency of the deck. I recommend reading some of the deck-building stickies on the forums to become more familiar with things like mana curve etc.
Your deck probably won't turn out to be the most competitive deck and mono green would be better but don't give up because you never know how effective something is going to be until you try it out. I wish I had better advice for you but I am pretty new to deckbuilding also and I am short on time.
Oh and one last thing, talrand the sky summoner might be interesting choice for the 4 drop slot.
I don't think anyone is telling you it's "bad, don't run it." They are making perfectly legit suggestions that you need to consider to make the deck better.

My list so far of possible cards:
4 Invisible Stalker - Hexproof, unblockable.
1 Llanowar Elves - Early mana, rancor sacrifice /w buff.
2 Primordial Hydra - Mid/Late game finisher.
1 Birds of Paradise - Extra multicolor mana helps.
2 or 3 Delver of Secrets - Early Rancor/flying harass.
2 Wolfir Silverheart
1 Spellskite - Protection.
2 Young Wolf - Same thing as Geist.
2 Champions of Lambholt - Makes them unblockable.
1 Inquisitor's Flail - Double trample damage.
1 or 2 Runechanter's Pike - Late game finisher.
3 Livewire Lash - Great Harassing tool.
3 or 4 Mutagenic Growth - Manaless buff.
4 Ranger's Guile - Hexproof plus buff.
3 or 4 Titanic Growth - Tons of damage.
2 Spectral Flight - Flying plus toughness so creatures with rancor don't always die.
4 Rancor - Duh
2 Druid's Repository - Nice mana for Hydra.
2 or 3 Wild Defiance - Great damage for my many buffs.
3 Gitaxian Probe - Always nice to see what's in the opponent's hand.
3 Ponder - Helps me get what I want when I need it.
Done.
