I used this on another deck thread this weekend, but I really like Dawntreader Elk over the Borderland Ranger. One less for the same body, and the land goes directly into play instead of into your hand, which means an extra land usually early on. And you can also do the ol' block/sac move as well. Playtested quite a bit with both, definitely prefer the Elk. Might even allow you to cut back on the Rampant Growths as well to make room for something else.
