So, a friend and I were talking a couple of weeks ago about a card called Driver of the Dead. Though an uncommon, Driver has an interesting ability that allows it to bring back a creature with mana cost 2 or less from the graveyard to the battlefield when Driver of the Dead dies. Based on the creatures in standard, Driver can be very interesting.
In the U/b version, there is an infinite damage combo:
- Blood Artist- This creature allows the opponent to be dealt damage and us to gain 1 life every time a creature dies.
- Driver of the Dead- Bring back 2 or less.
- Bloodflow Conoisseur-Ability to sacrifice a creature and Bloodflow gets +1/+1
- Phantasmal Image- Copy Driver of the Dead
So the combo goes like this:
Copy Driver with Image, Sacrifice to Bloodflow, Blood Artist deals 1 to the opponent, and we gain 1. Image will bring back itself because it is a copy of Driver, so we just repeat the process until the opponent is out of life.
Seems like Killing Wave would be a decent inclusion, maybe switch it out with the Dissipates and put those into the sideboard or something, your call. Maybe a bit more card draw, and I'm not entirely sold on the Geralf's Messengers. You also probably want more Bloodflow Connoisseurs, as they are a key part of the combo. Otherwise I really like the deck, hope to use it in the future and that the combo works as intended.
I do understand the messenger, however I'm just not sold on him being such a good card in a combo deck, if that is the point of it; just having it come into play taped I'm not too big of a fan of (though in hindsight i do like the interaction of it with a driver and image in play). I don't know, it just feels like it needs a bit more room for other nice cards, maybe removing the Skirsdag High Priest or the Lilliana to make room for things like Ponder or Think Twice to help the combo if thats what you're going for, or just even leave it how it is for a U/B variant of the kamikaze deck. Though I still like the deck, and want to play it in the near future.

Skirsdag is definitely amazing in this deck. There have been games I have won off of the demons he makes, just because my creatures die a lot during a game. Also, the ability to bring back the demon maker is really useful.

Although Geralf is nice, his triple black is gonna hurt if we start using more blue so he can safely be dropped.
Also, I'm not a huge fan of the Priest, so I could see it being dropped.
Also, considering the highest mana cost is 4, the land count could be dropped to 22 or possibly even 21.

How can we truly be free, if we are held in the bondage of clothing?

Oh, and a personal opinion, in decks with a graveyard theme I tend to keep ~4 Mental Missteps in the sideboard to stop those pesky cages and spellbombs. Maybe just leave that to artifact hate, but I've never really minded it. (Plus it's super useful against delver, being able to stop their 3/2 flyer that is neigh on impossible for this deck to block).

Edited to add some more filtering. I think it is starting to look more solid. Also, I hate to drop the high priest, due to an alternate wincon.

Thought Scour should probably be a 4of.
Ponder never hurts.
Forbidden Alchemy can probably be a 4of or at least 3.
Altar's Reap should be a 2 or 3of.
