I know I've seen threads for Boros Humans at the beginning of Innistad's release but not much has come of them since. I figured since it is at least a popular Block deck that it has potential in Standard.
Obviously, there is UW Humans that has Mana Leak, Moorland Haunt, and Geist of Saint Taft. I see the RW version differing in having access to Brimstone Volley, Hero of Oxid Ridge, Devil's Play and Arc Trail in the board to look something like:
"My blade slices the air, sakura petals scatter, crimson blossoms appear on the ground..."
Autumn, the season of the Harvest and Falling Leaves... Song of an unreachable dream...
I also remember some discussion about R/W Humans at the release of INS.
About your deck, I think the curve is too high, there isn't any particular reason to focus on humans in your deck, and its missing a lot of the best R/W humans. I'm not sure which creatures will work best for this deck, but I can let you know what I think the best creatures at each CMC would be:
IMO, to really make this deck effective, you need about 20-23 creatures. 12-15 should be CMC 2 or less. 6-8 should be CMC 3. 3-4 should be CMC 4. With this lay out, you would run 21-23 lands. That gives you room for about 14-18 non-creature Spells. Among those I would include:
If you go with 20 creatures, I would run Midnight Haunting, for extra creatures. If you focus on an extremely low CMC, I would run Rally the Peasants, to make up for your less powerful creatures. If you decide not to focus on humans, I would consider the Inquisitor Exarch and Stromkirk Noble. Without Champion of the Parish, I don't see why you would only run Humans.
Edit: Some things to think about when choosing creatures: You want to make sure you have a plan, you want to make sure you aren't trying to hit R turn one and WW turn two, and make sure you have a plan in case you don't get a perfect opening.
My issue with Rally the Peasants is it requires much more board commitment which means more 1 drops (4 Champion of the Parish, 4 Elite Vanguard, 4 Doomed Traveler) and seems sort of redunant with Honor of the Pure. Its a card to build around and requires a more of an all in strategy.
I do like Mirran Crusaders power but I am worried about the 1WW casting cost. I could see a 2/2 split with Midnight Haunting possibly. Blade Splicer may be an option since it is a more color friendly casting cost.
I think a 2/2 split on Heroes may be the best way but it may require just going 4-of on one of them.
If you are running that variant I would not suggest Masters Call, instead think about running Grand Abolisher, Gideons Lawkeeper, WSZ(?), and the Shrines, especially the white one...

He already has Midnight Haunting the question is do you want just 4 Hauntings or should one use Master's Call as Haunting 5-8
Also Hero of Oxid Ridge is not a strictly better than Rally the Peasants when you consider removal for Hero as well as blockers and the instant speed of Rally
A properly cast Rally the Peasants will should add +8 or more to damage and with a free repeat it definitely seems worth it

My bad, didn't realize that it was on the deck already, then i guess Master's Call could be a good add to the deck.
Well every creature dies to removal, so it doesn't really matter, however if the Hero is the only one on the field he can still deal damage, if you have no creatures and Rally the Peasants it won't help.
With 5-8 Midnight Haunting in the deck it will be really hard to run out of creatures but Snapcaster + Board sweeper can be hard.
Anyways it really depends on the build and the test, both cards, Hero and Rally can be good in different situations, but when it comes to flexibility and speed, Rally wins.

I guess maybe if it gets to swing rally is better versus alot of decks imo anyway though my reasoning behind going more all in on rally is its a very unique and reasonably powerful deck. The build you are suggesting is a little more mid rangeish and it seems ok but that strategy would be strictly better as UW

4 Arc Trail
2 Revoke Existance
2 Leonin Arbiter
How have the 6 heros been treating you... I usually run a 2/2 I guess I just mainly wish they didnt have double colored in their cost.
Also I think there is room for at least two rally the peasants its won me quite a few games I didnt deserve

I see two builds
4 Elite Vanguard
4 Doomed Traveler
4 Accorder Paladin
4 Cloistered Youth
3 Fiend Hunter
4 Honor of the Pure
3 Rally the Peasants
3 Brimstone Volley
Going this direction could mean Masters Call may be worth looking at.
And the deck listed in the OP with slight changes.

Hero of Oxid Ridge > Rally the Peasants
As you said, Rally requires a whole different build, which isn't really worth it. The OP build is far superior from this one.
Instead of Master's Call you could use Midnight Haunting or as Zephyr said WSZ or Shrine of Loyal Legions
He already has Midnight Haunting the question is do you want just 4 Hauntings or should one use Master's Call as Haunting 5-8

As for Masters Call, you would rather rum Timely mainboard than it, you don't run Intangible and you don't proc Honor either...
