I'm currently playing a really cheap B/R deck. So far, my deck has been doing surprisingly well in Standard, and costs less than one Liliana. I'm pretty new to the game (after taking a 9 year break), so any advice would be great.
Good idea; let's make it better. I would start with 4x Brimstone Volley. With Goblin Grenade, that's 10 damage... for 4 mana. Speaking of Goblin Grenade, you need more goblins. This will be difficult since Innistrad won't have any, but we can make it work. I would go with 4x Spikeshot Elder. These guys aren't too expensive, and they provide another source of damage off a one-mana source. We can also go with Furor of the Bitten to give your goblins an extra bit of power... if your opponent goes for the 2-for-1, just grenade them. I would also cut a couple of Slagstorm, maybe knock it down to 2, and a couple of Arc Trail, also down to 2.
I would exchange slagstorm to BSZ, imo its more stable and recycling is good.Btw you can also consider Rolling Temblor + phoenix.
And I don't think you need doom blade, swap to tribute to hunger to deal with hexproof dudes.Your burn spells can deal with others.
21 lands is too low, 1 or 2 more would help you to activate bloodhall and flashback.
imo:
-2 doom blade
-2 dismember
+3 tribute to hunger
-3 slagstorm
+2 BSZ
+1 land
-2 bump in the night
+3 spikeshot elder (or phoenix)

Thanks alot for the suggestions!!
I've taken a little bit of everyone's suggestion and revised the deck.
I now have 10 goblins instead of 8, so my chances of having a Goblin around with a grenade is a little bit higher. I also increased the land count by an additional mountain which should help me a little bit (I originally played with 20 land and found I got mana screwed too often.) I also removed a Shrine of the Burning Rage, since in the (limited) playtesting I have done, it's not all that useful later in the game.
I'm a big fan of the suggestion of Tribute to Hunger, in fact I didn't even remember that card, so I'm glad someone brought it up. I'm personally not a fan of the BSZ suggestion, and this is my reasoning:
1. First, the card is expensive ($$), and I already own 4 Slagstorm.
2. The card is also expensive in terms of Mana. If someone plays a really fast deck, I could pretty much clear the board by turn 3 with Slagstorm. To do the same damage with BSZ, I would have to wait till turn 5.
3. Slagstorm has won me at least a few games because of its ability to do 3 damage to each player.
4. The BB mana cost is a bit worrisome. If this weren't an issue, I would much rather play Geth's Verdict over Tribute to Hunger.
And whoever brought up the Witchbane Orb, one of my worst loses was to someone that sideboarded 4 of them in, and drew 2 in his opening hand! After I finalize this deck, I need to figure out an anti-artifact sideboard.
I'd drop the black altogether. If you're going to run goblin grenade then you should probably have a few more goblins in there. Grab some goblin chieftains and maybe a couple of goblin wardrivers.

Spike cares more about the quantity of wins than the quality. For example, Spike plays ten games and wins nine of them. If Spike feels he should have won the tenth, he walks away unhappy.
Black/Red can either be aggro or it can also be control, since a lot of creatures that people are playing don't have a lot of toughness. It's up to you whether you want to keep blowing up your opponent's creatures or just deal damage to them outright and try to burn them before they kill you.
If you want to keep the black, I'd maybe think about making this a control deck instead of an aggro deck.

The 12x 1 drop family 4 wardrivers and 4 beserkers for 2 drops and 4 chieftains and a few chandras phoenix is a MUCH meaner creature package IMO then anything you can hope to get on a reasonable budget
if you are sold on black and red though what about upping the swamps a little bit...
then add in that unblockable 1 drop spirit in black souless something (the name escapes me ill get back to you) and then the 2 drop flyer duskhunter bat
I would then add in goblin gaveleer and spikeshoot elder as your red drops and possibly 4 beserkers also
the rest of your deck can be things like board wipes (slagstorm) some burn and removal and you also add 4 runechanters pike. SO at the same time you are removing stuff you are making your own weenie guys things that need to be dealt with
its not the best deck set up in the world but it could be a good bit of casual fun.

Why equip it to that when you can equip it to Goblin Gaveleer instead?
Edit: Oh, I see. Still, I suppose the Gaveleer is a good choice if you can't find the Elders.
