I've been playing and tweaking this for the last couple weeks now and I feel it is getting to a good point. It is Tezzert, mostly black, control with artifacts of course.
Please take note that while building this deck I was only selecting cards that will not be rotating at the end of the month. Open to suggestions to improve what I have here:
cathedral membrane seems a bit unnecessary, there tend to be better sources for removal, but i guess itll block a goblin guide all day if it doesnt get blasted with spot removal first. I would suggest running spellskite over it since it's protective capabilities are much higher.
Personally, I'd run one less wurmcoil, one mindslaver, even if it's in sideboard (destroys control builds, especially venser decks. multiple times i've ramped to 10 mana, played mindslaver and activated it while they had their exile emblem, then completely destroyed their board, dumped their hand and then gave a huge lifeswing, watched them topdeck land, and then kill them. against blue/black control you mainly just dump their hand and kill their own creatures if possible, which can actually win you the game more often than not.)
You could also reconsider having an all black mana base. There is plenty of reasonable removal that doesn't cost double black, and if your mana curve leaned a bit into blue you could do much better with card advantage and counters to protect tezzeret from something like Oblivion Ring (spellskite also redirects O-ring like a champ, not to mention pump spells targeting infect creatures.)
Hm, what else ...
Vault Skirge is terrible on it's own. Your best bet is to play directly after (or even before) tezzeret drops to immediately make it a 5/5, otherwise it just dies to a bigger creature.
Perilous Myr might be okay if you had to block goblin guides all day.
Ratchet bomb seems a bit lackluster, but it can save your ass against kuldotha rebirth and maybe even oblivion ring.
All I can think of is maybe one less sphere of the suns and throw in Phyrexian Metamorph and maybe even Tumble Magnet. It can copy a titan or just copy any of your artifacts to increase board control. Your deck seems very aggro, hell bent surviving until you can play wurmcoil, at which point you just start stomping if they don't have answers to it. With a bit more work it'll be great.
Spellskite is a good idea. Also might consider a mind slaver or two for the side deck.
I like the two black removal because they always work. I hate main decking DB or GTFF and then bumping into something black/artifact and having issues.
I cut the mrys and cathedrals in favor of porcelain legionnaire, but now I might make at least a couple of those spell skites.
There's a subforum under competitive dedicated to Tezzeret decks, look there. Someone posted a U/B control Tezzeret primer, though I don't agree with some of his choices, it's overall a solid resource and starting point.

Main deck runs really solid for the most part, hoping for some good suggestions for the side deck though.
Thanks in advance!
