The splicers provide another way to get artifacts onto the field without actually playing artifacts. There's one who costs 2W, the others are likely too slow.
Yea I have posponned this deck untill new phyrixea. The deck is going to be def blue/white for the synergy and seems like Ill have plenty of non artifact token gens
