dunno which one is better, avenger is usually like an 8 drop but it is so powerful. I do not like to drop avenger unless I can drop a land on the same turn(or get a land into play on the same turn).
What is your fatty package and which one of my fatty package is better?
Came to the conclusion that running more fatties to avoid whiffing on Trap is not the best idea because when you Trap, your main goal is usually a Primeval or Avenger, adding Wurmcoils/Infernos don't increase your chance of those. So dropped the extraneous bombs, testing a deck that uses Slime because it's useful in every matchup and has an effect upon entering battlefield just as AoZ and Primeval do that can always be used.
Anyways your package depends on your meta, I never have problems with aggro so I don't need Inferno and don't really need Wurmcoil either, I want something good vscontrol while still being useful in every matchup so it's either the AoZ/PeTs or the additional Slimes.
The reason why I want to switch to the second package is mainly due to control. For two reasons, one is against memorcide I want a wide variety of of threat. Also in game 2 against control, they usually counter most of our ramp and since I'm already boarding in gaea's revenge which are 7 drops. I don't want so many 7 drops that clogs up my opening hand.
If you want to diversify, something like 4 Primeval, 3 Avenger, 2 Inferno, 1 Wurmcoil would work very well for game 1 and then you could board in Slime/Ruinblaster/Terastodon/Gaea/Artisan and have a ton of options, keeping maybe 4 or 5 7+ cmc creatures. A full set of Traps, Slimes, Primevals, and 4 or 5 other bombs goes a long way against control.
The Wurmcoils dont really make me go "ooh yay". thinking about dropping 1 AoZ and wurmcoil putting 2 Inferno Titan. Or 1 AoZ for inferno. What do you guys think?
To those who say "Grave Titan > Primeval Titan"... Primeval Titan attacks, two mountains come into play 6 damage to grave titan and 3 to his 2 buddies... who wins?

inferno is mehish. But it is a lot better for the curve as 6 drops is a lot easier to cast than 7 drops. Gerry thompson and christ Calcano both run 2 infernos+2 AoZ+4 primevals as their fatty package and went 4-2 at worlds.
1 inferno titan
4 primeval titan
kind of want to switch it to
2 avenger of zendikar
4 primeval titan

4x Avenger of Zendikar

3x Acidic Slime
4x Summoning Trap
