Looks like jank, plays like awesome. Sideboard still under construction.
What makes the deck work?
Basically, the idea is that thethreeVampires are a total engine, mitigating the card disadvantage of sacrificing guys for overpowered effects. Abyssal Persecutor serves as the main beater since he's so easily gotten rid of, and any deck playing big, bombycreatures (a.k.a. every deck in Type 2) is going to be very sad when you steal it, add 1-2 power, beat their face with it, and then sac it to Sarkhan.
Card Choices
Culling Dais: An amazing card all around. Provides another free sac outlet and is almost always going to draw you at least three cards by the time you want to pop it. Sick with Bloodghast.
Fling: Best way to pitch Abyssal Persecutor. If you curve out and they don't have a handful of answers, this combo can easily win on turn 5-6. Also amazing with the..
Threaten Effects: Typically overlooked/dismissed by most players, when the rest of your deck is an engine that chews up creatures they start looking a lot better. They can push through for those last few points of damage by themselves in a stalemate situation. I can't tell you how many times I've used Traitorous Instinct on a top-decked Wurmcoil Engine on like turn 13 for the win. When one of your sac outlets is in play (almost always), they become burn and removal at the same time. Sarkhan is the nuts with these.
Mortician Beetle: A natural choice for a back-up beater, opponents will likely be reluctant to use removal on it until it's too late, especially in game 1 where they don't know that it's going to be hitting them for 7 in a couple turns.
Sideboard
So far I know I want Lightning Bolt and Duress, but I really don't know what direction to go. It's hard to say until the metagame develops a little. Some potential choices:
No need for 2 black. Bringing him back isn't reliant on having a land drop. You can also keep him as a chump blocker and then sac / bring him back during opponents end of turn. Plus you're not running any fetchs either.
Walkover to UW control and Holy relic WW? I can't really see how you can ever beat these two decks, which are probably the strongest in the new standard.
Sphinx is really good. Control will play it and be able to protect him just fine, hes a much better finisher then Jwar Isle and thats saying a lot considering how good he alone is. Bazzar Trader.dec now has 16 threaten effects. Thats really, really, really, really good. Really good.

I haven't really tested against WW Holy Relic, like, at all. But I will say that against U/W it's not as bad as you would think. They have a really hard time dealing with Bloodghast, who by the way is waaay better than Reassembling Skeleton IMO, and Culling Dais very efficiently helps me keep up on cards. It can be an uphill fight sometimes, but other times they just don't have enough answers. I've noticed people being very hesitant to kill the Persecutor as well, which can lead to a really quick win, given that my sac effects are free and a countered Fling still kills Percy. I'm probably going to end up sideboarding a playset of Hexmages to better answer Jace.
Jinxed Idol could be funny, but I just don't think it does enough unless you get it in multiples.

I agree with everything you said. It went similar as above with all the games against UW that I played.
Eldrazi Green is a really tough matchup! All Is Dust really hurts.
It's more focused around Jinxed Idol, but is still heavy focused on sacking opponent creatures. The Bloodghasts and skeletons provide sack engines for the Jinxed Idol, and double as scry engines as well.
The Mutiny and Treasons of course are to grab important or big creatures from the opponent, but not only do I have the option to sack them to Sarkhan and Viscera Seer, but I sometimes have the option of keeping them permanently after beating face, using Bazaar Trader, who also doubles as a "I don't want this Jinxed Idol, tap it's yours" kind of deal.
Once I gain decent board control, the Furnace Celebration is just icing on the cake, flinging even further creature and player damage. The Idols themselves provide a ticking time bomb that, once in multiples, bring the game down to just a few turns.
Went to a Thursday night tournament, played a B/R creature aggro deck and won, but he was rather land boned. Played a green elf ramp/overrun deck, and despite side boarding in Pyroclasm and Forked Bolt, never drew them and got destroyed. Played a WW Holy Relic last, and despite throwing in some artifact hate, just got destroyed rather quickly when he got an Argentum Armor out turn 3 both rounds. Looking for some improvements here!
Main deck:
4 viscera seer's
4 bloodghast
4 pawn of ulamong
4 mark of muntiny

2 Sarkhan the mad
2 mortician beetle
2 act of treason
2 traitorous instinct
this deck works great against creature decks. but needs a transformational sideboard IMO against combo decks or control decks with few creatures. Our options are even better agro or control

Vampire Hexmage
Tunnel Ignus
Inquisition of Kozilek
Painful Quandry(Five might be too much, but this seems soo good against control)
Manic Vandal, etc.
Furnace Celebration(also seems good against control)
Dragon's Claw(nice turn two against RDW, again don't know how good it really is)

Other cards to consider are Jinxed Idol and Tuktuk The Explorer
with his mana i dont think so maybe he could throw in a couple a long side it tho for more recurring sac outlets
Follow the link for nice cheap clothing.
