Not sure if Mythic is Conscription IMO they are different decks. And the numbers were pre SB. Post SB it should be ofcourse in their favour. But that's just me. I'll test some more against it tomorrow and post some more results.
Conscription is a side branch or mythic bant. or that what I always though.
On topic: How are people NOT running a full set of Overgrown Battlement by now? Sure, it competes with Cobra, but Cobra does absolutely nothing to help you survive long enough to benefit from any speed gained by its inclusion.
Cobra is usually irrelevant or dead. Battlement is either a flat out fog for three turns against a bunch of decks, a llanowar elves, or an early game Duress forcing your aggro opposition to Bolt/Burst/Disfigure/Urge it after they swing in.
Same reason these decks do not run lanwaor elves.. We dont need that much Green mana.. this deck realys heavy on red and the cobra is able to provide the red we need...also you cant go infinite with the walls like you can the cobras.

To those of us that prefer the single-warp version...We should create a skeleton for "Single Warp". How many Warps is enough...Use Ob Nixilis or no? Splash colors?
Great idea Hix. I think so much of this deck is "personal flair" that also has some excellent alternative choices (Birds or Had Druid for example, or both). Esp with M11 threatening to completely remove some of the options availible, it'd be nice to have a workbook of sorts to figure out what we NEED to have this work without some key pieces. Would also help if the deck gets moved to Ext-land after rotation.
I tried out KP's list sans the sideboard yesterday against a beastmaster ascension deck and lost 1-2 against it. Never once pulled a warp world which could of won me one of the games I lost. Considering dropping something for some diabolic tutors just in the event that I can't find one. May of just been a streak of bad luck, but all the same I was having a lot of fun with this deck. Sea Gate oracle is such a boss and some of the turn 2/3 plays I was making were huge.
Any input on diablic tutor or some other means of searching up your WW? I'm sure the idea has been tossed around and dismissed already, but I'm just curious.
Clutchy, sounds like bad luck. The trick is running multiple perms that draw you cards to help dig. I run 4 prisms and 4 Elves in my build. Even if you warp into them, your hand is full and ready to possible multi warp that same turn. I honestly don't like any on perm spell other than WW, and have never found myself frustrated about it other than removal, which you sideboard into.
Also, asking for double Black can occasionally be tricky. I get it for Ob Nixilis usually, but not always on turn 3-4 (well, I suppose if it's turn 3, I have Birds and Trace so I have double Black). The trick with my deck is that you shouldn't NEED Warp to win. For example, in that type of (strange) matchup, it seems like Acidic Slime should blow them out.
Has anyone else even thought of JTMS as a 2-of..He single handily wigs games on his own, yesterday I was able to beat mythic only because I played a t3 jace. He Brainstorms to get you the warp that you need and he s able to throw back the Ob, nixilis or hellkite back in to the deck so you can hit him off of the warp. He fate seals your opponent, Are they getting land flooded...Give them more land...land screwed? dont give them land...and he gives you 5 extra life at a minimum.
EDIT: also renegade doppelganger is also really good off of the warp...doubling the number of land fall triggers from an avenger or an ob,nixilis or even cascading in to him from a BBE...and copying the BBE...swing for 6

I played it again last night and just got destroyed by aggro allies. Something like 0-3. Even had some great hands and nothing. Ended up playing a black/red deck focused on burns/control after that and did really well. Something like 2-1 or 3-1. Even warped twice one game just because I could hoping to drop an Ob, but no luck.
One thing I'm going to try is dropping a forest for a second swamp. I've had 3 games where I could of dropped an Ob, but never got a BoP or a Trace and two of those I could of won with him. :/

I run 2x Sarkhan Vol because i only own 1 Madrush Cyclops. Ill hold him until i warp, then drop post warp to haste all my creatures. I also rock out with a single Roil Elemental in order to steal all their creatures as Warp World resolves.
I haven't played with another human, i tested playing with myself (...not literally, talking about cards here) using mono-black vamps, white weenie, u/g eldrazi ramp (talk about a hassle), and AiR. Im about 50/50 win/lose. heavy agro decks are tough if you dont get a turn two Overgrown Battlement to stick around.

*nods* In my experience, white is the best anti-aggro color. Specifically, Wall of Reverence and Mycoid Shepherd both amazing cards against the archetype.

This. I have been running a set of these guys, and they are pretty *****in. The only big problem with them is they become pulse targets very quickly.
This build seems to work out well for me. The battlements are excellent for jund, stops bloodbraids and thrinaxes. I was actually thinking about putting in eldrazi monuments, but haven't tested them yet.

I cannot fathom why people keep suggesting madrush cyclops. This deck is better than that.
people think that attacking is the only way to win..its kinda sad, he has been shown to be bad many many times but people do not want to read the past posts so we keep on having to say the same thing over and over.

When I took Warp World to the PTQ last year (pre Zendikar but...) Siege-gang and Bogardan Hellkite were MVPs. I never needed to attack after I warped. Any deck list that doesn't run siege-gang is not even worth looking at.
If Siege-gang doesn't get reprinted with M11 there wont be a warp world deck.

Say what you might, but I have played all the variants of warp since it came back in M10. Multi warp, Landfall with baloth/cobra/ob nixilis, Warp with blue for spreading seas (haven't got around to using the oracle build). And I'm not sure this deck is 'too good' for madrush. Attacking works just fine as a win con. I just prefer this one over the others I have played.
I've been testing a four color warp online with white splash for Wall of Omens and Emeria Angel. I've loved both of them to be honest, and usually I warp to win as well. When I've had issues it's been against extremely fast Kiln Fiend builds or when I can't dig fast enough for the warp.

The problem with "attacking as a win con" is that your opponent can get blockers of a warp, so he might survive your haste attack. And then, he can DOJ/Coup/AiD you

Yea. But if you think about it, any decks that run board wipe are not that creature heavy, and would not have the resources to block an avenger with 4 plants, hellkites, etc. And, were I worried about his board, I could use hellkites to burn down his blockers.
I haven't tested Madrush any, but after playing KPs deck build for a bit I've had more games where I warped with no sight of Ob or enough Hellkites than ones where they showed up. So those games were won by waiting to attack next turn. One of them I even warped twice and didn't get any Obs, so I had to wait next turn where I won with some SGC sacs. Now this is just my notorious bad luck, I'm sure, but I don't think it's an entirely bad card. However, you're hard pressed to find something to drop in favor of it without decreasing your needed ramp or your current win conditions.
