Outside of the Elves thang, is anything glaringly wrong?
I'd consider more mana in the form of more lands in this deck since you're not running elves. At least 24. They can be in the form of Mobilized District, if you like.
Tibalt looks bad but is very good against a lot of the decks right now. Superfriends, Esper, UB, etc. He even makes idiots that block pretty well for 1/1s. The fact that he blocks lifegain from Contempt and Enter the God-Eternals is huge. He's also another body to carry Sarkhan animations -- maybe the strongest part of this deck.
Thorn Lieutenant is good because he's quite the tempo snag against decks rocking cheap removal. He's a bit slower than Zhur-Taa but that guy dies to a sneeze so...
Took this list to the SCG Open Syracuse this weekend.
Ended up 75th, 11 places out of prize. List was ok. Sideboard was bad.
My losses were to:
Bant Oketra x2
Jeskai Superfriends
Bant Flash
Bant Nexus
Esper Midrange
Wins were against:
GR Ramp
Jeskai Superfriends
Esper Midrange x2
Esper Control
UG Mass Manipulation
UR Phoenix x2
Mono Red
Yes, this deck does not want that card period. This deck has to either lean into Llanowar Elves and Paradise Druid to do Ramp work or it drops that in favor Pelt Collector and other 2 drops.
"To keep things 100, anything I state is an opinion and not intended to be a fact. Any and all suggestions I give are a 100% opinion. If you need further clarification take the conversation to a PM. I am not in the business of assuming things. I'm only interested in 1 business and that business serves 2 things, Cold L's and Hot Dub's."
Also don't completely get what Bolt Bend is for is this suppose to be for targeted removal and discard?
Do we have a sideboard guide?
and do we know which matchups are bad for us?
1. There is substantially less mono-blue in the format. Yes.
2. Bolt Bend is for red removal decks and for Esper Midrange.
3. I do not have a SB guide. It'll be out of date within 48 hrs. The meta is changing quickly right now.
4. I think the Bant decks are a bad matchup. I also think white weenies is a bad matchup. Jeskai Superfriends is... ok? Esper Superfriends is very bad. Kaya's Wrath plus the The Elderspell is a huge beating. We're much better against Esper Control with our walker package but my suspicion is that Esper Control will be completely replaced with Esper Walkers.
Anyway, here's a list that I started to work on to help fight the superfriends menace:
I can buy that these are bad:
White Weenie
Orzhov
Esper Control
Jeskai/Esper Superfriends
With wraths/hard removal and discard we have our work cut out for us.
I know some decks had brought in Vivien's Arkbow but that was against control, not sure if this what we are looking for or if we have to run a whole different deck to complement that.

These are ideas I had, I've been working on the Midrange version more, have to get more input on superfriends version. Hard thing about the superfriends version is the control matchup and early ramp. Only trouble I have been having with Midrange version is sideboarding. Chandra is hard to fit in.
Also not sure Light Up The Stage makes sense here. Really wondering what other card advantage options we have in Gruul package.

dont like light up the stage or tormenting voice, think there are better ways to draw cards if thats your goal. Why are you thinking about them, whatcha wanna do?
I don't like drawing cards all that much -- outside of maybe a Chandra. I prefer killing my opponent before they stick a teferi for enough turns to make my card draw irrelevant.
Your card advantage won't beat a Teferi that remains in play for multiple turns. That's a fact.
I digress back to my original statement before decklists were posted...

Pelt collector is a beast with all of the potential 3 power 2 drop creatures. Nullhide Ferox is great as a second 4 drop. With so few non-creature spells it's non-creature ability doesn't hold us back. If we have 4 mana to play it, we have 4 mana to play a lightning strike if need be.
The deck can struggle a bit with all of the double green cost creatures. I'm considering putting in a Gruul Guildgate in order to help me hit my jadelight rangers and Thrashing brontodon on time. I'm also considering a Merfolk branchwalker to help with this as well.
I went down from 3 Kraul Harpooners to 2 a little while ago. Kraul hasn't been as necessary lately.
I'm beating out most "mirror" matches, definitely mono-red, any kind of merfolk or aristocrat nonsense. Still struggle with esper control although I have been netting some wins there too. Mono-white is the worst match up. Thankfully I'm seeing much less of them these days.
I'm doing the "pay 500 gold" to play bo1 mode in Arena. I've been consistently making it to 5-7 wins with 3 losses. Just mining away here...

There is no good call there on mana, because you have no ramp besides domri, the only thing you can do is go to

I'm stuck on the Nullhide Ferox route or the Legion Warboss decision. I don't want to add 4x Rekindling Pheonix, 4x Nullhide and 4x Legion Warboss into the one deck.

I prefer Warboss in the side. Ive had quite a bit of success with this list. Its top 8'd 7 of the 9 times ive run it.
Whether or not the deck makes it after rotation will depend on what comes out in Throne of Eldraine and how the new meta shakes down. I'm sure a lot of decks will lose some good cards during rotation. Until we get the full spoiler of eldraine it will be hard to even guess what the new standard will look like. We do get to keep Gruul spellbreaker, Skarrgan hellkite, Paradise Druid, Growth chamber guardian, Nullhide ferox...
Been playing this list in Bo1 constructed event where it's pay to play. Been mining some gold. 7-0 wins on the first round 6-3 on the second round. Going to keep at it.
To fix your mana base add Fabled Passage. I run 3 plus one rugged highlands. I'm also at 24 lands too. Without another untapped r/g land at our disposal, you will probably need 23 lands at least.
My list for bo1 Arena. Seems decent, perhaps not as good as in the last meta. Bonecrusher giant is really good, as is questing beast. I'm not sold on Robber of the Rich yet. I think Zhur-taa Goblin may be better.

Dont understand how Goblin could be better than robber since robber is easier to cast and can net you cards especially late game. It can also block fliers.

4x Stomping Ground
4x Rootbound Crag
4x Overgrown Tomb
3x Blood Crypt
3x Dragonskull Summit
1x Woodland Cemetery
4x Forest
Vraska kills all the 3cmc walkers -- which is big game given how good Saheeli is against us.
Jeskai Superfriends usually runs 0 basics. Keep this in mind when you are on the play and have a turn 2 Assassin's Trophy.

I've tried to put one together with
Sarkhan the masterless
Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner
Nissa, who shakes the world
Domri, Anarch of Bolas
-Stay Frosty
Was thinking about that, like R/G control, lol, with Sarkhan as a immediate wincon or grind with Nissa. You have acess to Karn and Ugin.

Light up the stage is a real easy cut there.
Superfriends deck needs work but I'm not a control player so have to fail that one a few times before it starts to make sense.
I wonder if Living Twister works...Card seems really insane against white weenie and mono-red.
