Match 1 tied against Abzan abusing Renegade Rallier for Gonti's Machinations, I was playing slower than I liked, first time playing the deck competitively so the lines werent well traveled and I was trying to figure out what he was doing with his deck, didnt see the main interaction until game 2. Had I had more time I would have gotten it IMO.
Match 2 was G/w Tokens for all I could tell, just ran him over, he was a newer player, had to explain some cards and interactions.
Match 3 was skilled player with "Grixis Herald", Basically Grixis control with Herald of Anguish. Release the Gremlins is a good card against this deck but he ran out of gas late Game 3.
Match4 was Temur Tower, good player, Game 3 he taps out for T.Hulk and I Rebuke it, huge move there and had Fevered Visions on the board that did a LOT of work.
I had never gone without a loss with my Marvel deck and I had more fun with this so Im going to switch decks. Playing this deck I realized there isnt too much room for Sideboarding. Going to ahve to find more artifacts that do what I want to do.

Also since Felidar is banned I'll edit the Sideboard.
first thing I saw was 3 haunted cloak, you could VERY easily improve that to: -2 cloak, +2 Trophy mage. Improves flexibility and can chump block or help crew vehicles. I also think that a +1 Caravan, -1 Archive would be an improvement, lower the CMC of your acceleration.
Tell us about Key to the City. With Elder DF and Haunted Cloak you have game winning evasion already, if you want to draw cards I would add Metalspinner's Puzzleknot, dont even have to discard a card.
Since your going U/B I could see a version where you could use Key to the city with improvise to cast Herald of anguish early since you can tap it to cast things then spend mana to draw cards when it untaps.

Maybe it was by chance but I drew it almost every single game and is just too good to have less copies for me. In my last game I had three colossi on the battlefield, one started in my hand, one was tutored through sanctum of ugin, and one was tutored through inventors' fair. He had two creatures and a deadlock trap untapped. I drew a crane, sacced a hedron archive and drew key to the city and another crane. I played the key to the city and he left the game.
As for the caravan and archive switch that may be something worth looking into, however the archive reduces the cost of colossus by much more but caravan can ramp into the archive. I find that once I get to three lands in this deck, I can ramp from there through foundry inspector or a caravan.
I also am considering reducing choked estuary to 2 copies because my sunken hollows are coming in tapped a little too often

Great thing about key is that multiple copies can be discarded.
Testing Heart-Piercer Manticore over the crackdown construct. Another case of reading a card wrong, I thought Manitcore could sac itself, it cant. So after going up to 2 to draw the card more often to get the feel of it at all im back down to one. Current brainstorming a better SB plan against control that also accommodates Marvel
Gang, having issues with hyper aggro (brew) at my LGS, changing Foundry Inspector to Herald of Kozilek and removing the 3 gargoyles from my SB (dogpoop anyway) and putting 3 Kozilek's Return in their place (Herald makes those keeper).
Does anyone have any experience with the card? IS it better than inspector? Pros:
- makes Elder Deep-Fiend cheaper along with with any devoid or Eldrazi spells (SB transition of Thought-knot and/or Smasher for decks that board in By Force rare or Release the Gremlins)
- increased survivability: larger butt makes attacking into hard (blocks Mardu creatures), harder to kill (magma spray, harness lightning, anti-artifact spells), can survive red sweepers, radiant flames, sweltering suns, Koz. Return

- cant be sacced to return colossus
- Crane cant get it

Considering making one of these decks after not playing magic at all for about a year... It's between this and UR control, but this seems more fun/interesting to me. Need a good, cheap, easy list that can compete with the popular decks, what should I start with?
