I built a deck similar to this one 6-7 years just for fun. The deck was mostly relegated to kitchen table magic, but it was hella fun to play! Djinn of Wishes has always been one of my favorite U cards of all time. So you guys can imagine how happy I was to see it reprinted in Core 19 along with Omniscience. Too bad we didn't get a reprint of Training Grounds to reduce Djinn's activation cost. But we did get some new djinn cards from Dominaria to play with that all work well together and dare I say may work as a tribe? So far I've come up with this:
I'll be editing the deck as ideas/suggestions come in. This is just a blueprint, but the basic idea is to play Djinn of Wishes and use its wish counters to play powerful win cons without having to pay their mana cost. Paramount to this is knowing which card we are wishing for at any given moment. This is why scrying is EXTREMELY important, and the deck does have a far amount of it built in. If anyone knows of any cards that can reduce the cost of activated abilities, please let me know. All suggestions are welcome!
I think there might be a very odd deck in here somewhere, but I am a little worried you are trying to build two different decks the more aggressive djinn aggro deck and the cheating big things into play deck... they should be constructed very differently.

Thank you for your suggestions. Yeah, I agree, there are two decks going on here and they should be built differently. I think I added the other djinns aside from Djinn of Wishes because I liked them as a tribe. I've even considered running Vanquisher's Banner to the deck because of this. Two cards you mentioned I'm very interested in are Precognition Field and Reason // Believe. The deck would need to run a fairly large amount of instants and sorceries to make it worth it for Field, but I like the idea of scrying four cards deep when casting a Reason. I may post two different builds to address these concerns.
Welp, now that GRN Has been released, I decided to dust this deck off a little bit and give it another go. We had a great turn out at my LGS, the first time in a long time, for FNM. As such, I went 2-2 with the below revised deck. Honestly, I cant say whether I won because of my decks power or because everyone was wanting to try out new deck archetypes in Standard. Anyhoo, on with the new build:
The deck still relies on casting wishing off of Djinn of Wishes, but we get to also capitalize on the Surveil mechanic, scrying what we want on top and binning the rest. Lazav, the Multifarious was a bit of an all-star. I managed to copy Nezahal, Primal Tide against a Selesnya midrange deck and outpaced them with power. I didn't win any games with Etrata, the Silencer via hit counters, but my opponents were always surprised to see her in the deck, and hated when I exiled their most powerful creatures. She also works well with Jace, Cunning Castaway. Admittedly, I think the deck is too slow, so I'm looking for suggestions on what fat needs to be trimmed to improve the deck's performance. The sideboard was designed to deal with aggro and control, but Mono Green Aggro and Mono Red Goblins (the two deck archetypes I lost against) put out bodies/power way too fast for me to deal with. Moving forward, I may add more removal/cantrips into the MB and SB.
