Hey all. When I saw the mechanic for Revolt, all my mind did was race to figure out the right combinations of cards and lands in order to have a coherent version of the deck. I played an imperfect version of this deck at Game Day yesterday and I lost to my friend's GB Delirium deck that is the tournament version. The results will be at the bottom. I'll put the deck list now and then when I have time, put the results later.
Game 1: I had five creatures on board at the end of the game, each with a +1/+1 counter. Renegade Rallier was MVP due to getting back a Renegade Map that I used on the first turn, in order to pluck the lands out of the deck and help me to draw gas.
Game 2: I misplayed when I had six life left. I flashed in Archangel Avacyn after sacrificing a Selfless Spirit. I was told that I did the sequence wrong (I was trying to flip Avacyn to kill my opponent's two tapped Thermo-Alchemist) on his next upkeep and I ended up killing myself.
Game 1: My low curve did not fair well for his deck and a T1 Terrarion into T2 Hidden Herbalists into Lambholt Pacifist was back breaking. He didn't play a spell on his turn and after that, I just kept the curve low and that was that.
Game 2: Got the cat combo. My sideboard did not look like it does now. I had no way to respond to the combo for the tournament.
Game 3: See above. Got it on turn 4.
2-1. Placed third. I went against my friend for single eliminations.
Game 4 vs GB Delirium 1-2
Game 1: My board was full of creatures. Pick six different creatures and they were on the board.
Game 3: He drew crack. Grim Flayer T2, Swung with that one after fatal pushing my one creature. Played a second one. Turn four played two kill spells and swung with 8. Manipulated his deck and T5'd Verdurous Gearhulk.
This matchup is what made me change the sideboard heavily.
To give forewarning, I had no Stasis Snare or Repel the Abominable in the board for the tournament and that sideboard was created after the event.
As someone interested in GW Revolt I thank you for the thread.
I was wondering how you managed to use Renegade Map on the same turn the Renegade Rallier brought it back. Doesn't it enter play tapped?
Also, do you think Oath of Ajani is worth considering? Extra copies would trigger revolt and the Renegade Rallier can bring it back in a pinch for some extra damage.
And would a black splash be worth it for Fatal Push or even Sinister Concoction? Or would that disrupt the mana base too much?

It was a quick explanation. I meant to say that I used Renegade Map off of the Rallier very often to pluck out lands so that I can just draw gas. Once the deck has six land, you're going to keep drawing tons of creatures and/or answers.
Yeah I was thinking of Oath of Ajani but what could the deck take out in its place? For the OoA to work out, we would have to rework it and play Gideons as well which could be a possibility. I was thinking of a Primer once I got more tournament results.
The deck only plays 18 lands. Adding a third color would make it extremely reliant on luck. As is, it's smooth and you're either going to keep a hand with 1 land and Renegade Map or a two land hand every time.
Just give this deck a spin and let me know how you do and we can tweak from there on.

Game Day Aether Revolt:
It was so small that we all top 8'd due to attendance. It was three rounds and I went 2-1 then broke to Single eliminations.
First game vs Mardu Vehicles 2-0
Game 1: I was able to get a Thalia's Lieutenant, Lambholt Pacifist and Renegade Rallier to stick and on my opponent's attack that consisted of Scrapheap Scrounger, Aetherspire Harvester, Toolcraft Exemplar and Depala, I flashed in Heron's Grace Champion. My Pacifist and Renegade became a 5/5 and 5/4, respectively and blocked toolcraft and scrapheap and Thalia's Lieutenant blocked Depala to trade. I gained 13 life and my opponent could not recover after that.
Game 2: My opponent got stuck on three land for three turns and I had the T1 Renegade Map, T2 Hidden Herbalists into Lambholt Pacifist and T3 Thalia's Lieutenant. It was too much for him to keep up. Ended with Nissa, Voice of Zendikar on board.
2-0
Match 2: Vs RB Madness 2-1
Game 1: I had five creatures on board at the end of the game, each with a +1/+1 counter. Renegade Rallier was MVP due to getting back a Renegade Map that I used on the first turn, in order to pluck the lands out of the deck and help me to draw gas.

Game 3: A Heron's Grace Champion flashed on my opponent's turn with two humans (Lieutenant and Pacifist) gained me 8 life and put me above his burn spells. Lightning Weaver was annoying but next turn, I casted Nissa, Voice of Zendikar, -2'd and made Heron's Grace Champion and Lambholt Pacifist must blocks. I won shortly after.
Match 3 vs Saheeli Cat 1-2
Game 2: He had two Winding Constrictor on board with a Kalitas, Traitor Of Ghet, Mindwrack Demon, Grim Flayer and then played a Verdurous Gearhulk. He swung with Grim Flayer, Mindwrack and Kalitas. I blocked with five creatures on Kalitas to kill that off because it was a 12/13 after a Blossoming Defense. I was hoping to topdeck a Fumigate but drew a land.

Thoughts? It's fun and very hard to disrupt.
