hey, i'm not really a friday night magic guy, I usually just build great decks at home and save them for when friends are over. As such, I dont really worry about whats legal or not, so any deck that has been legal before is what I'm looking for.
Preferably for now the best Tarkir block Jeskai and Abzan decks, including mantis rider and siege rhino.
I would also like a good Theros/Phyryxia block deck to build, if there are any that include god cards. Just anything with the ancient Greece theme.
I've been playing since 2007, and I'll do my best to at least type up some of the most powerful decks from each standard as I remember it. Do note that a good number of these decks survived their initial rotation after a fashion without major changes, and are only listed in the first standard they appeared in.

Atarka Red in Dragons of Tarkir was a beast of a deck. Plan B is to make a lot of little creatures and cast Atarka's Command to effect a lot of damage. Plan A was to cast Become Immense for real cheap thanks to tons of fetchlands and Temur Battlerage. Put those on a Monastery Swiftspearand you have a 9/10 doublestrike trample. On turn 4.
Green devotion became very strong once Megamorph was released. My green/blue version was not widely played (green/red and green/white were popular), but I felt that was by far the most broken deck I ever played. It was a midrange deck that crushed everything, except for being 50/50 against Atarka Red and Abzan Aggro. Featured hydras, centaurs and satyrs and sphinxes from Theros.

Probably my fav standard deck was good ol' U/G madness.

Monoblack devotion (RTR/Theros standard) was a very powerful game.
