I've had a lot of success with this deck in my meta. It based off controlling until you can tutor and meld this little gem. Brisela, the Voice of Nightmares
As you can see it's heavy board control, the sideboard is geared towards breaking up control and combo driven decks.
Hi, looks like something very nice!
But I'm wondering why you play live fast while you don't run any other energy cards, I think Succumb to Temptation is much better in this case because it's an instant.
And if I were to run this I'd run a 4th Gisela because she's a removal magnet, even when Bruna brings her back she'd die easily in my lgs.
But nontheless it's a cool deck. I'd enjoy playing it alot!

Maybe if you add blue to the mix for better carddraw and some negates to help save the meld, offcourse it would make the manabase more difficult but the meld more easy

Funny you say that because I consider Esper Deck my favorite to run, and this deck is actually the remnants of esper Brisela haha. The lands were just to weak to run 3 color I felt slow and hindered because of them.
Awesome let me know how it goes, I only run into twice and been fortunate enough to go 2-1 and 2-0 so far. (vs mardu that is) Haven't seen GB counters yet with it.

Haha yeah I understand, I used to run Grixis but trimmed it down to Izzet because it was often too slow against very fast agro, mostly vehicles was the problem. Now I run Weaver of Lightning main to make game 1 a little easier, makes for a little headroom in games 2 & 3 also.

Appreciate the feedback, I originally had 1 Liliana in there but didn't own anymore and rarely drew into the 1 of lol. I wish I had at least 1 More because her - ability for Gisela.
Playtesting has been really good, went to a friend ran standard tournament and went 5-0. It saw a Bant control, Mardu vehicles, grixis Heart of Kiran control, G/W tokens, and Saheeli Infinite combo. It handle them all well only Mardi gave me a loss.
Sadly saw no B/G ______ decks so interested to hear how people do vs them.
I have to admit this seems to have some legs to it. I was developing a different deck but copycat was tough as was Mardu so I have moved on. This deck is as strong against most aggro. Mardu was still my worst match up and given that I suspect we are going to see a lot of it I decided to tweak for that exact match up. Obviously the biggest problem cards are Heart of KiranScrapheap Scrounger and Gideon, Ally of Zendikar. Most say Heart is the champ but really a 3/2 artifact for 2C. Plus it recurs. All three can win a game on their own and mostly dodge the sweepers.
I also played with the idea of not going for the Brisela, Voice of Nightmares as the ultimate because I found that I was winning games already when I could stick her and I wasn't getting there often enough. I tested out Linvala, the Preserver. The effect was an instant swing in games as well. I mean that it generally flipped the script when it came out. I might consider a single one of as a tutor target.
Finally I added Gideon and his ability to win a game out right over Liliana, the Last Hope her synergy.
Here is my list. Side board is focused on the combo matchup.
I Started working on this deck a couple of weeks ago as well. I struggled with Mardu still. As I evolved it to combat that threat I found myself taking out more and more creatures to avoid the unlicensed disintegration till the deck was walkers and removal. I was above 50/50 but flat scooped to Copy cat and Aetherflux reservoir.
I think the real answer was more creatures. This is much more effective against the combo/control. It also has good game against the Mardu and GB. I am not sure I am quite 50/50. I think anyone who says they are better then that against these are not playing tuned versions of these decks. There is a reason that the people who are playing to win tournaments are choosing these. I just don't want to play what everyone else is. And this is boat loads of fun to me. Bruna, the Fading Light dragging a Gisela, the Broken Blade out of the yard FTW is pretty choice. I think that is the best closer in standard.
The sidebaord is geared for the combo/control but this time I am aiming to primarily interact with them throiough creatures.
Thalia, Heretic Cathar finishes copy cat. Obviously they gun for it and in fact will focus on it exclusively. Card advantage for this can be achieved by tutoring with Thalia's Lancers and recurring it with Liliana and Bruna. And watch the frustration on an aetherflux driver when he gets his legs cut out by Kambal, Consul of Allocation.
I tried to make the main deck at least presentable against these decks as well but mostly it is tuned for the big 2.

I am toyiong with a WB midrange/control build as well. I am playtesting against Mardu Vehicles on a regular basis and trying to maintain a 50% winrate against it with every brew of mine. As of now, I have a 57% winrate after one playtesting session with this deck.
I have included two unorthodox elements to the deck: a package of Deathtouch creatures which combo with Pathway Arrows.
Pathway arrows is a huge manasink, which is a problem and the biggest drawback to it. It requires 5 mana just to deal the first damage. 2 mana per damage after that. If equipped to a Deathtouch creature such as Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim, the target dies no matter it's toughness.
If equipped to a non-deathtouch creature such as Thraben Inspector, the Arrows kills 1 toughness creatures such as Toolcraft Exemplars. It also allows for combat tricks, especially along with First strike cretures.
The other unusual element is 4x Lone Rider along with various ways do gain life (spells, lifelink). The reason I bring these guys into maindeck is that I believe we need board presence early, and First strike is very powerful. I am not convinced about these guys yet, but the potential for a 4/4 lifelink first strike is awsome.

Playtesting with Kambal, Consul of Allocation in my sideboard as a 2 of.

And I've actually noticed the Gisela hate, almost gave up on meld because of it. I usually save Thalias Lancers for her too late game.

So my primary changes were a single Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet main tutored by the lancers, Declaration in Stone and Anguished Unmaking. Honestly how can we not use Anguished Unmaking main deck. Perfectly answers all three threats and has equal game against Aetherflux Reservoir Marvels and walkers.
I also played with the idea of not going for the Brisela, Voice of Nightmares as the ultimate because I found that I was winning games already when I could stick her and I wasn't getting there often enough. I really loved the Hulks in the deck but it just seemed to work better when I focused on doing one thing (Brisela, Voice of Nightmares) well.
