Basic idea of the deck is to play a turn two Ravenous Intruder into a turn three Foundry Inspector and then cycle through all your one mana implements and Terrarians to kill your opponent.
The deck is, however, much more powerful than that. You can create loops between Inspector + Scrap Trawler + Walking Ballista to kill your opponent outside of combat. Trawler is extremely absurd and makes the deck highly resilient to removal.
Workshop Assistant would be a good addition as well. That and a Scrap Trawler in play will get get you two cards back. Not sure what you would cut back on for it.
Does the Inspector + Scrap Trawler + Walking Ballista combo work? Because iirc Walking Ballista is 0cmc everywhere except on the stack, so you can't find any card when it goes to graveyard as there is no card with less than 0cmc. Correct me if I was wrong.
You don't return Ballista using its own Trawler trigger. You get it back by playing a 1 mana artifact, sacing it, and returning Ballista to your hand. Then you can play, ping a player or creature, and return it with another implement, Terrarian, or prism sacrifice.

I might add more later when I'm not on my phone.
I made a similar deck, albeit a bit slower, utilizing pia's revolution with scrap trawler
