So I recently discovered a goofy list that Featured one of my favorite cards,Panharmonicon,it's control at the most basic it's a little slow but it's fun. Here is the exact list off of tcg player
Im on a 4 color variant. Noxious Gearhulk is the nut! But I also run 3 Essence Flux because that card does so much here for cheap, like rescue your Displacer after you cast it. Recommend that for you as well. 1 Displace seems a good idea. I would aim for Thoughtknots if you can get them, playing slightly fewer expensive cards. If you feel racing to combo is your ticket, Hedron Crawler or Hedron Archive will do that. Also Eldrazi Skyspawner.

Current Awesome Deck: UWAll-In GiftsWU Consistent, Resiliant, and way overpowered, making multiple 4/4s per turn.
GB Electric Dreams BG Deal 20 in one shot, or discard their hand?
GWUFree Stuff MidrangeUWG Slowly bury the opponent with more threats and answers than they can handle.
I have been considering making a mix of displace and essence flux main board and then some counter spells to deal with removal in the sideboard. I don't like hedron crawler or archive in this deck i also think that the deck just doesn't like skyspawner because of it's mana cost i just have so many three drops already and i would wnt thought knots too that was the expensive bit it's the most expensive card thats not neccesary
So i'm more than happy to report after Seth Manfield Top 8ed this last weekend at the gp he posted his deck list it's fairly different from my own but it has the same bare bones concept
My list is more control based than his and his is very much an Aggressive list. The changes aren't pricey and i may consider Play Testing with them But yay us with our top 8 list. *High Fives Seth Manfield*
SPeaking of changes. I changed up my list a lot mainly adding more thought knot seersand control to the sideboard
I built Seth's deck and took it to a four round standard event tonight. I went 3-1, coming in second and cashing. I lost to GW Humans while beating UW flash, Dimir Control and RW Vehicles. The deck seemed good, but I can't imagine top 8ing a Grand Prix with it. I think I want Fumigate in the sideboard like you are doing.
Skysovereign is just beastly with Panharmonicon out. Flickering it with two Panharmonicons? Unbelievable.
Edit: added links. And one more thing:
We have three panharmonicon deck threads going without much traffic. Would we be better off with one generic Panharmonicon thread with a primer?
That would be great, but I don't want to undermine any of the thread creators. Let me PM them and see what they want to do before you put work into it. It seems like you are on board with the plan.

Seth wrote a tournament report and sideboarding guide with videos about it on tcgplayer.com this week. Pascal Maynard did a video on channelfireball today also. Eric Froehlich wrote a deck guide
