Chapin's article from yesterday gave me the idea to cut my Raise the Alarms and Negate for Treasure Cruise. They are probably helping more than what they replaced in non-Heroic matchups.
seems like you could def have some clumpy hands. With so many 3+ drops. I prefer wingmate out of the board personally. I dont think you want them mainboard. And Treasure Cruise is so busted I couldnt see playing at the very least 3 of them.
If you're playing Jeskai Ascendancy, 4 Treasure Cruise is a must.
So, I was finding I was getting stuck with Treasure Cruise early and unable to use it sometimes because of not having enough to delve, which was why I included Divination. Maybe I'll go to a 3/1 split to give myself a little more utility. If I move Wingmate Roc to the SB, what about adding +2 Monastery Swiftspear?

If you drop Wingmate Roc (and I think that makes sense in this build, but I haven't playtested yet), your curve will also top out at 3 (because we don't really need 4 lands for Stoke. What if you cut a land? 23 is more than enough to consistently get to 3 lands, with two red sources and one each of blue and white.
People are still playing Mono Black? Haven't seen one of those since the last rotation...
What was causing you trouble?
here in our LGS, mono black, mono red and mono white make appearances.
my removals couldn't keep up with the sheer number of their creatures. meanwhile they could remove mine with ease.
Sideboard magma sprays to go along with your anger the gods and end hositlities. If weenie aggro is your meta, beat them. Its not too bad in my experences.
I went 3-0-2 At FNM last with Jeskai Tokens.
I played the Dylan Donague/Kevin Jones list from the Players championship and I really liked the Mantis Riders maiboard. I dont think we really lose anything from cutting the chandra and we lose very marginal things from losing the 4th seeker.
Only thing I feel like I want to cut is the 4th disdainful stroke out of the board. Would maybe make it a magma spray but I think the aggro matchup is heavily in our favor with hordeling outburst, raise the alarm, jeska charm, seeker. So it might not be needed. Maybe another negate instead of the 4th disdainful stroke would be good. Especially against abzan.
Also I dont think we can say that this HAS TO RUN 4x "Any card". This deck is extremely flexible and we should be open minded. Like Treasure cruise, we werent even talking about that card before worlds and now it has to be a 4-of? I dont think it HAS to, should it be? Perhaps but it def doesnt HAVE to be. I also want to try a 1-of steam Augry and a 1-of Dig Through Time. They seem really good since a lot of the time we really just want to htui ascendency.

Before worlds, we weren't using Jeskai Ascendancy though. No deck was able to leverage the power of Treasure Cruise in standard until Yuuya showcased the tokens version of Jeskai. We're reliably filling our graveyard and casting Cruise for U.
I usually prefer the selection that Dig Through Time provides, but we already see a lot of our deck and have the ability to sculpt our hand. I'd rather have the pure card advantage of Cruise.
I agree, I never disagreed but I dont like saying things arent able to be done in a format that is ever changing.
Cruise is def better in the deck for multiple reasons; 1 mana most of the time, draws 3, yea thats it.
I think 1 dig and/or 1 steam augry could possibly help the deck ether find the kill a turn or so faster or find ascendency faster or the 2nd ascendecny after they glared the first one. And steam augry helps fill the graveyard for cruise while still generally drawing us at least 2 cards.

I like steam augury but I don't think you can use that card to find a specific card. Steam Augury is good to fill your hand with different cards that serve the same purpose like burn for example. It does have a great synergy with treasure cruise so it might be worth considering. If anything I probably will cut rabblemaster entirely, add another mantis rider for a full set and add 1-2 steam augury and 1-2 chandra.

How about something like this? Changed up the mana base a little and dropped a land.
Never cut rabblemaster. I've made that mistake before. His free wins is always good. Im not 100% sure what I would cut. But i think maybe going down to 2 mantis and 2 seeker might be ok for 1 steam 1 dig.

You can only get free win from rabblemaster against decks that's light on removals: U/W control/heroic, Jeskai ascendancy combo, mono green devotion, all of them are on the decline. Mantis Rider is way better than Rabblemaster against Constellation or Reanimator.
Same here. I think it would be better if we play 4 Mantis Rider, 4 Seeker and 2-3 Chandra Pyromaster. Chandra basically turns Stoke the Flames into a 5 point kill spell.
Rabblemaster has so much synergy with the rest of deck and with itself as well. The token he creates, even if it is just a single one, fuels Stoke, fuels the second ans third Rabblemaster and can become incredible strong with ascendancy out. Hordeling Outburst also works wonderful with him. Mantis Rider gets removed easily with spot removal. Almost everything hits him. After he dies, you're left with nothing. I cut Mantis Rider from the deck and I never missed him in a single game ever since.

Yikes. The only thing worse than a sexless marriage is a stale metagame at home. When that happens, it's time to sideboard a mistress or two.
Actually he is pretty solid in the meta right now i find. I find the meta in general is really weak to fliers and he generally gets in for 3 at least once.
Right now im playing Dylan/Kevins list from the players championship with 1 mainboard change.
-1 Mantis Rider
+1 Steam Augry
Havent tested it too much, but its pretty sweet if you get an ascendency off it because you can generally force them to ether give you the ascendency or 4 cards.
Rabble master has many weaknesses vs any deck with red or black or green in them, which is a vast majority of games. Often the rabble master will die before he makes a token and while the token is something it is often not games breaking. Rabble master also suffers from dying in combat to just about every creature played. Granted Mantis rider dies to a lot of cards as well but it is infinitely easier to play it in such a way as to at least get 3 damage in before it bites the dust.
Also I have cut two treasure cruises for two dig thru time and have found the change very welcome. Sometimes cruise just isn't enough to close out a game due to it being a sorcery and sometimes just bricking with it. Dig allows for some flexibility and has less of a chance to give you duds.
Right now I'm playing Dylan's deck from the Invitational, and was wondering what you guys thought about cutting both Chandras and both Jeskai Charms, and 1 Seeker in favor of 1 Mainboard Decide and 4 Mantis Riders? I play in a very Whip heavy meta and I think Mantis Rider is a good way to fight all the whip decks.
I've brought in the three Mantis Riders into my list, cutting one Seeker and two Chandra. Absolutely not regretting it. Chandra never did much for me, and when it did, it felt overkill. Riders' flying is just so bloody useful, especially if you've got Ascendency going and need to get over a board of blockers. Felt weird going to 3 Seekers, because they are so good early in the game, to keep you in there until you really get going - but it seems to be working smoothly. Jeskai Charm is a weird one. I love it so much, would love to have 4 - but then also understand fully why I only have two.
I think if I bring Mantis Rider into the list, it's gonna be the full playset. Looks like a lot of people are packing Drown in Sorrow main and adding a Bile Blight or two. What would you guys take out of Dylan's List? I like my main deck Deicide.

I agree with all of the above. It seems to me that if you're running Ascendancy, you'd want 4 each of Treasure Cruise, Lightning Strike (or arguably Magma Jet), Raise the Alarm, and Seeker of the Way, in addition to other key cards you've already maxed out on.
If you drop Wingmate Roc (and I think that makes sense in this build, but I haven't playtested yet), your curve will also top out at 3 (because we don't really need 4 lands for Stoke.
