Well I'll toss some ideas out there and perhaps something can come out of it. Numbers are super rough and I haven't decided on one particular strategy over another.
Overall this deck has been a blast to play. It does lose some very key cards with both Wayfinder and Commune rotating. There are some replacements though available.
This version attempts to do a mostly "like for like" swap. There is no solid replacement for Wayfinder though. T3 Flipped Jace and a Tasigur or Gurmag is still very possible in this build, even with the loss of wayfinder.
A lot depends on if the format slows down in general. I'm still working on a more aggressive version with less emphasis on the big delve fatties and more on Graveblade Marauder and Sidisi, Brood Tyrant. I'm sure there are plenty of other interactions that I'm skipping out on as well.
Will be interesting to see what comes out. Seeing the preorder price for the new Gideon, Ally of Zendikar I guess Ally decks might be a thing. Personally I think I'll do some sort of graveyard/disruption thing, maybe a few more counter and kill spells and not really focus on big heavy things. The two Silumgars could be useful in some spots as well.
I don't know about you guys, but Sunken Hollow is gonna be WAAAAAAAY outta my budget. A playset of Polluted Deltas alone is painful as hell on the wallet.
I edited my post because I tried a zombie themed Sultai deck, and gimmicky was all it really was.
I think xBattleSpawnx is on the money, as the deck I'm testing right now turned out to be quite similar to his.

Other versions I'm playing around with include mostly the core of the above list with various other mill enabling cards such as:
Sultai Ascendancy
Kiora, Master of the Depths
