Stompy is about low curve, mana efficient threats that can apply pressure to an opponent. Either by finishing with a full board of creatures and casting Overrun for the win, or by getting through with hard hitting strikes using creature pump to overpower most defenses with cards like Giant Growth. This list aims to go for the latter strategy, with as many creatures jammed into a list that can support them. This list can blindside any opponent who is unable to answer each creature on the field. With the removal format we have, normally a deck like this would not survive, running out of cards sooner than in the history of stompy decks, however with Domri Rade, drawing more creatures to cast should be no problem. This deck also includes blowout cards that work on devotion, such as Reverent Hunter and Aspect of the Hydra.
With mutavaults in the maindeck, you can boast playing a total of 36 creatures maindeck, and yet have the room to fit the mana and a card advantage engine.
This deck is in the making for me at the moment, playtest results will come later.
As for now, enjoy the decklist and the idea!
I would find room for Nylea, especially if you are going to run Aspect of Hydra. The trample seems pretty relevant. Also, sixteen green sources seems shy of what it needs to be if you need double green on turn two. I would either add a land or drop a mutavault or two.
I'll certainly be playing it. and if you doubt the usefulness of this spell.... well, good luck! lol. You'll be on the receiving end of it soon enough, when your Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker gets turned into an elephant.
I agree that courser can fit the deck, I keep trying to argue that he belongs here, but he isn't an "aggro" card despite the card advantage offered here.
Is there no room for these two?
I mean, we keep going heavier and heavier. Originally I didn't have Boon Satyr in the deck, now the curve is higher.
Do you think that I could continue with 20 lands and 4 elvish mystics if I replaced him? Maybe...

The red mage lives by the variance and dies by the variance. May the variance be with you, always.

This deck is still a rough draft, but I think I am pretty close to the best build minus a slot in the mainboard, and maybe two slots in the side.
