I think your current problem lies in your mana base... Simply the lack of black producers... You really want to depend on a the necromancer beating a verdict to the table and you must have double black for Obzedat so I could easily see adding 2-3 swamps or even guildgates.....
Most Mono-white decks are being forced to making a choice between the Skyjek and Cavalry Pegasus..... While I think both are requirements.... Cavalry Pegasus more so than the Daring Skyjek.... I think if you could fit both in you are really looking to max on potential....
A lot of the deck lists from States seemed pretty standard (The Suite of one drops, Splashing red for Boros Charm, and some varation of either Heliod or Ajani). However there was one that caught my eye from Hawaii...
We had talked about a sort of devotion style deck, and from what we've seen all of the other colors manage it quite well. I think this is something we should spend at least a bit of time talking about considering with all the extra white mana it would be very easy to to plop out an army with Heliod, as well as keep mana up for Rootborn Defenses.
Here's a list I've been toying around with for a bit, haven't played it, but it seems like it'd be fun.
I like sovereign over blind obedience because she's a beater and can recur with
Immortal Servitude. Going turn 5 Angel, turn 6 immortal servitude is pretty good, doing it a few turns earlier is also quite nice with nyx.

I really don't think that Calvary Pegasus is remotely necessary for this deck to do well. Daring Skyjek offers itself the same evasion while also adding two more power to the board. The difference between 3 power and 1 power, as you may have realized, adds up quite a bit. Furthermore, the deck has a lot of evasion inherently built in. You have Soldier of the Pantheon with pro multicolored, Daring Skyjek with flying battalion, Ajani with the -3, and most importantly Brave the Elements, the very card this deck is made to abuse. Because of these other cards, I dislike playing a 1/1 for 2 with an upside that is almost never necessary in my experience. It may have worked out well for you in the past, I'm not a fan.
Cavalry Pegasus gives Mutavault flying, and attacking with all evasion makes activating batallion on Boros Elite much easier rather than having a single dude get blocked out of the three.
The extra two power on a single creature doesn't make up for the entire deck benefiting from the evasion. Having Cavalry Pegasus on the board will force the opponent to spend removal on it, unlike Daring Skyjek, who only needs a more important buddy to get removed to lose his effect.

The Pegasus acts as another Brave the Elements effect by giving all your guys (Including Mutavault) evasion.... You are right it is a 1/1 for two but the upside is always Necessary... As your soldier wont get blocked by those Zealots or those beefed up Experiment Ones from the GW decks.... You can fly over cards such as Loxodon Smiter, Boros Reckoner, and the entire RG Devotion Deck.... When Mono blue drops a Master with huge devotion, Without a Brave the elements in hand chances are you simply get beat..... That is unless you can fly over the elemental token army.... I mean come on its honestly like having 4 more copies of Brave the Elements.....

Cavalry Pegasus is just so good against other aggro decks in the meta today because. Aside from Reckoner and Heliod, all of your creatures (even Mutavault) will just fly by your opponents board. In addition. the Pegasus also gives us the evasion we essentially get from Brave the Elements.
Here is my current list. From what I've seen on every list that has red splash are opting for Daring Skyjek. I'm along those lines. 3/1 body for two with is pretty dang solid.
We run pretty much the exact same deck with a few exceptions.... In my version Im -3 Spear of Heliod and +3 Cavalry Pegasus, and I am also -3 Judge's Familiar and +3 Boros Elite.... I like the Pegasus over the Spear because I feel like I have more reach going into the mid to late game... I mean sure the Spear pumps all your guys but against GW or even RG Monsters by that time even with the +1/+1 your army is still dwarfed in comparison... And in those match ups the Cavalry Pegasus almost acts as 3x more copies of Brave the Elements by pushing damage through.....
I recently got most of the necessities to play this deck, aside from Mutavaults. I know they're pretty damn necessary, but does the deck fall on its face without them?
Also I've been running 21 lands and still flooding occasionally. I splashed blue for Lyev Skyknight for tempo, if that matters.
Thats my current list. It's testing very well vs all the major decks. Esper is a bit of a rough match up. Flirting with the idea of going 3 Glare of Heresy on the SB. Not 100% on that yet though. Mainboard is exact to the ones having major success at the SCG and GP. Tried putting two Ajani main but he didn't feel worth it after testing vs several matchups. Lands feels just about spot on.

3 Glare of Heresy, I feel, is a good idea not just for Esper, but also for G/W and mirror matches. However, if you want to solidify the esper matchup, some cards to consider are burning earth and skullcrack, the latter of which also has applications in the mono black matchup.

Got in a few more games and this is the sideboard I've landed on at least for tonights events. Glare as stated by many others is just so powerful in matches that we need it it's moved to x3. The Reckoners are god awful vs black based decks and he was primarily on side for Red decks so I up'ed the Paladin count and freed up a SB slot. 1x Riot Control is a bit of a pet card hence a 1 of on SB. If it comes up vs mono blue when they swing alpha with 20 dudes cool if not thats fine as well. Also have had good experience with it shutting red down from the huge Mogis hit. Basically with all the boards being so overextended the life swing and fog it's relatively effective in spots.
I went 4-1 on Monday with a pure White Weenie deck, but am moving to the Boros land base to pick up the extra benefits of Boros Charm.
I'm going with a mostly standard MB list, but playing a singleton Path of Bravery instead of one of the Spears. Using Path avoids some of the lengendary concerns, gives a possible second anthem, and Path's lifegain, when relevant, is very relevant. I've got a second Path in the SB for match-ups (control, heavy pro-white) where the Spear's ability doesn't add much. This also tilts me towards Fiendslayers over Reckoners in the SB.
I'm suspicious about Skullcrack in the SB. I get the concerns about Sphinx's, Gray Merchants, and Whips, but I'd rather race the Sphinx's and Merchants and Wear/Tear the Whips.
What makes glare so good important in the Esper MU? Is hitting just Sphere and Elspeth that good/important?
I also have the exact same Maindeck as Bluemagic11, I just can't seem to get a SB for it.
In my experience, if they resolve Elspeth and you don't have glare the game ends. They do also help the D Spheres but I prefer renounce vs it. Having both is very nice. The main concern is in fact Elspeth though.

I myself have looked at Path of Bravery vs the Red matchups. How has it faired for you? And of course double stacked anthem is ridiculous. 4/4 mutavault, thanks.
Path of Bravery has been great for me personally. I went 4-1 tonight with WW/r and against control I have two guys and a mutavault swinging for 9 damage while they can only Verdict to kill two creatures the following turn. Because I run three Path of Braveries in the main, two creatures are worth pulling the trigger for, and you don't have to overextend to finish when you have them.

Just went 5-0 earlyer played 2 mono black, 1 gruulgro, 1 boros and 1 mono green ill post my list and match results later today. I managed to fit 2 heliods Mb and I decided to use 2 fiendslayer MB along wih medics. Spoiler btw Heliod won a ton of games vigilance is very relevant.
I was not running mutavaults due to lack of access but this did not seem to hinder the performance of the deck and honestly I did not really notice. The Sideboard is still in construction I may remove the Boros Reckoners but we shall see. Anyway heres the match reports from yesterday's FNM
Round 1 (2-1) Monowhite Bravery thune build. Lost dice role
1) Game one he landed two Fiendslayers and had drawn 3 paths so it was very quick loss for me
2) Side in reckoners and pacifisms, worked well i did not hit my SB card but i curved nicely from Dryad to Sovereign to Medic eventually landed a spear with dudes and took over with Heliod
3)Banasher Priests galor he banished my skyjeks and a Precinct capt i land a banasher take back my Capt and start dominating the board with fiendslayers and spear
Round 2 (2-0) monoblack devotion. Lost dice role
1) I kept a 1 land hand with dryad, Soldier, Familiar, Skyjet, Sovereign and brave. He thoughtseized my soldier, i drew into a land and started dealing damage. I drew a spear and a banasher and won
2)he flooded. not much to say about this game
Round 3 (2-0) G/r Ramp. Won Die role
1)Mulled to 6 curved nicely he was setting up his combo with xanathos and Domri I had Medic Familiar and skyjet on the board along with a Heliod and 4 one drops in hand i Drop 4 1 drops T5(After heliod) and top deck Spear ftw
2)Ajani was beastly in this game i opt to play him T4 usually because i want my board to have guys on it and if i need to play an extra 1 drop for protection i can so this game for example I curved out Soldier, Precinct, Paladin t4 droped ajani gave +1 to paladin swung into his rampers and Plainswalkers Main 2 droped a dryad said go Played heliod and gg from there
Round 4 (2-0) R/g Aggro. Won the role
I dont remember much of these two games but im fairly sure i won with Brave and first strikers G1. and G2 im pretty sure i sided in reckoners and just won with spear.
Round 5 (2-0) Monoblack Devo. lost the role
1) i swarmed the board early he tried to Killspell to fend it off by i was just drawing into creatures and by the time i drew heliod it was over
2) Pretty sure I won with banasher priest on his demon and continuous frontline medic swinging.
So that was my night sorry that the reports were not in depth i wrote from memory (Great Idea) next time ill keep paper on me and actually write down key points in games.
