So this is my list. (And I'm loving it) I know I'm gunna hear I should have more draw spells but I've been cleaning house lately with this deck. It feels like every matchup is favorable. Please feel free to comment I'm always open to constructive criticism.
A small update. I did like the idea of moving Jace, MA to the board in favor of Sphinx main after some more thought, so good call TOG thanks for the extra push. I guess I was thinking about more situations where i'm ahead to justify jace, MA. I didn't get to test much last night, but i beat my friend's esper deck in the one match i did get to test. I changed the board a good amount, and i like how it looks and feels.
I'm personally of the opinion that Ultimate Price is just better than Doom Blade right now and I'd probably have a mix of the two. A 3/1 split between Price/Blade maybe?
Dimir Charm also just seems like a very very poor card at the moment and I would play Syncopate over it in a heartbeat.
I'd also go
-2 Lifebane
-1 Needle
We have enough removal to not need the zombie and hardly enough pressure to be applying pressure with him ourselves. As for Needle, I just don't think it's a very good card in general nor has it been for some time now.

3-4 curse of swine .. And those creatures can't beat your omen, phelanx, woodlot crawler, demon, Aetherling and sphinx. I'm building a deck now where it's 3-4 curse... Plus demon and sphinx. Far away, Hero's downfall 4 jace and ashiok. Devour flesh and thoughtseize. Side has ratchet bomb and illness in the ranks for assemble.
I should mention duskmantle seer is great with curse as a sweeper.. And draws cards.
I have a different opinion.
In my opinion control is a deck full of counter and removal + some CA and finisher.
If you follow this route you don't ever need curse of swine.
The only card i see like a "sweeper" inside control are:
1) a fused far// away or
2) a overloaded cyclonic rift
because you must control the battlefield and never permit to the opponent to have 2+ creature on to the battlefield at the same time.
The problem isn't dealing with a 2/2 token, we can kill creature (or force opponent to sac) very well, the problem is let the opponent play creature without counter/kill/sac effect.
If you let the opponent do this gameplan curse of swine don't make you win. curse of swine is a tempo card, i prefer aetherize instead if you need gain tempo, because "kill" token, bounce a mutavault is a tempo loss for the opponent and alongside counter/removal/hand distruction let you recover from missplay (is still a CA -1, but let you "reset" the board/gain advantage from it)
the opponent control 3 creature, you "baconize" all 3 creature on attack.
The opponent still have 3 creature (less p/t i suppose) and can put pressure on you the next turn with this + every other card from this hand.
1 turn fog + gaining tempo from lowering the amount of damage taken from creature lowering the p/t + sac spell we play are less usefull because of all the bacon in play.
The opponent control 3 creature, you "aetherize" all 3 creature on attack.
The opponent have no board presence (or Boar presence?) and can not put pressure on you without haste creature.
2 turn fog (1 only against haste) + gaining tempo from the empty board (we can also attack) + sac spell we play are more usefull + opponent must spend mana to re-gain the battlefield presence he had before (tempo loss)
While I don't disagree with that strategy, I disagree that it's the only way to play UB. Jace, AoT turns those pigs into 1/2's. Curse is a sorcery, so essentially, you're going to get hit once. But Aetherize AFTER the Curse, throw in the Jace, you and/or Jace took a combined 3 Damage and exiled 3 creatures. Furthermore, you never curse vanilla creatures or even hasters. It's more about when and how you use the card.

They way I see it it I wanted removal...I'd use actual removal.
Not removal based on a combination of both my other cards and my board state.

I played a dimir control deck and went 3-1 this past Weds night and 2-1 this past Friday night. I might have had more wins but i had to leave after the third round for work. I lost Weds night to a monoblack devotion deck. What the hell can i do when the guy has a 15 point Gray Merchant of Asphodel coming at me? Friday nights loss was to another control deck. He milled the heck out of me wih Jace and when i did get my threats on the field they were gone in 60 secods. Here is my list.
This deck beat a boros deck, beat a mono green devotion deck twice and it beat a blue devotion deck and a dragon deck. Ashiok is the real deal. On several occasions in matches i would take control of Stormbreath Dragon and Reverent Hunters. He will win me games. I am not sure how i can beat mono black devotion decks and or other control decks. I am thinking about putting the zombies in the sb and main decking three specters. I'll post more results when i get them!!

You need to hold at least 1 Counterspell, preferably an Essence Scatter. Lifebane needs to go to the Sideboard, unless your meta calls for it(though it shouldn't, since the heavy hitters are B Dev and U Dev). Also, with so many black or x/black hybrid creatures abound, Dark Betrayal is nearly a must have for a sideboard option. But yeah, other than a lucky Thoughtseize or a Counterspell, EtB can't be defended after the creature EtB.
Also, Ashiok hasn't been assigned gender, and indicators point that it may have none.

Ashiok is male per the Theros players guide. I will try to get some dark betrayals for my sideboard. There are in my meta at least two Mono B and one Mono U. Most of the decks are White Weenie or some form of Junk or Selesnya. Also how would one beat a lone Mazes End deck? There is one guy in my playgroup that has one and it looks kinda scary. I have not played him yet but it still may not be a good matchup.

Was Ashiok stated as a Male, or just refered to in text as 'he'?
Maze's end decks seemed to go just as fast as they came, however doesn't mean they aren't good. Essentially, destroying one specific type of gate(if they run multiples of each) will do the trick. If they have any alternate wincons, just remove them via Hero's Downfall, etc. Getting into a stalemate is a bad idea, those decks usually are packed full of answers, they may simply just draw you out, even on turns.

Played this deck again Weds. Went 2-2 and made top four lost to two black devotion decks. Still have not found 4 Dark Betrayals. The other two decks i beat one was a bogbrew witch combo deck and the other was a white angel lifegain kinda deck. I beat both decks. The black devotion decks just beat me down. In one game i ran out of ways to deal with all the creatures like desocration demons and pack rats.
What do you think about a 4th Ashiok? And how do you guys beat black devotion decks? They always give me fits.

Ashiok will only help against B Dev if you hose their wincons. Dark Betrayal will work for any creature they have, unless they splash W for Blood Baron. Ultimate Price will deal with Desecration Demon, and keep Rats Down a bit. Ratchet Bomb for 2 is about the best way to deal with Pack Rats. Oh, and Pithing Needle whatever land they are drawing cards, usually Swamp, from Underworld Connections.

I went 2-2 at the FNM. I beat the mazes end deck 2-1. The first game was pretty lopsided. I sat the whole entire game with a hand full of kill spells and he only runs one creature in the main. The game i sided in all my non creature removal. Duress, Negate a 4th Ashiok. Ashiok helped me win both games The 2nd game i took one of his gates he needed to win with and I Pithing needled his mazes end. The third game was won via a lifebane zombie and a specter. I beat a rakdos deck just killing everything and using ashiok to win. The demons helped too. The two i lost to were a boros aggro deck. I could not draw kill spells to deal with his board state. And the other one i lost to was a selesnya hexproof kinda deck. I could not get around witchstalkers. I also made a rookie mistake by thoughtseizing my opponents smiter. Not smart. I am going to play this deck and post more results as i get them

Sounds like you're making progress. Devour Flesh and Away side of Far/Away will help with hexproof, and even guys like Blood Baron of Viskopa and [/c]Fiendslayer Paladin[/c] who can't be targetted by black spells either. As for the smiter move, live and learn, just pay attention to every move you make and how it will effect the board state. Slow your gaming speed down if you need to.

I went 3-1 in the FNM before dropping to go to work. I beat a green devotion deck 2-0 using ashiok to win me games and demons to finish him off. The next person i played was a WW deck. I easily beat it. He scooped second game due to being mana screwed. The next guy was playing an orzhov deck. Game one he collects my sins. I have several ways of dealing with his creatures but he takes the one i cant use which is a doom blade not a very smart move on his part. The one deck I lost to was a Naya Superfriends deck that main decked Ruric Thar. First game i had all the answers but did not draw into my ashiok or my demon or any of my finishing creatures. He wins easily, I ran out of gas. The second game i have a lifebane zombie and a demon. but not a whole lot of answers. I manage to get two demons out but he has enough stuff to keep my demons tapped down. I lost to him 2-0. Never saw an ashiok or an aetherling. How does one beat such a deck?

Control Decks need three basic elements:
Card Advantage
Answers
Win Condition
The trick is Card advantage, you can never have too much. The UW Control deck that came in 2nd place at Dallas/Fort Worth GP had massive Card advantage. Azo Charm, Sphinx Rev, Divination, and even Elixir of Immortality. While Elixir isn't draw, it's still an advantage, because it recycles answers. Next, you need answers for days. All you want to do is control the game on both sides of the board until you get to your Wincon. As for wincon, The Demon is great, but you don't really need multiple copies in the main. Answers and more draw will get you to it. Ashiok is a great Alt Wincon(I'm using 2 main, 1 side myself) because with aggro you can steal a wincon, Control gets hosed out of cards, and any combo can get shut down with exile. I've even slow milled with Ashiok, or paired with Jace Adept for faster mill. I'll post my build later, gotta head out, that I've had success with on MWS. I'm running 1 Demon on sideboard, 1 Prog Sphinx main, and tons of blue draw. 4 Quicken, 3 Inspiration(because you rarely drop Divination on 3 mana anyway, so I'll take instant speed for more) and 2 Opportunity(since I'm not running for Sphinx Rev). Sideboard is very important, you need to shut down opponents in game 2, whether you win game 1 or not.Anyway, I'll get back with what's been working for me in a few hours.
While Nighthowler is good, Demon has flying and the only thing something without flying can typically do is tap the demon to stall and make it bigger. Plus, with Ashiok, a lot of things aren't hitting the graveyard. If Nighthowler worked, Consuming Abberation would be better, since he basically buffs himself by adding mill to all your answers.

Regarding the Shota list, I ran it this Friday and I could definitely see its potential. I did not do well, but I think this deck could be great if refined. I'm going to work on my own list by dropping some of the 1- and 2-ofs and bumping up some of the others. Warped Physique in particular will be most likely removed from my list. With limited forms of draw power it doesn't seem as effective as it could, though I will admit every time I've drawn it so far it's found a use. Three maindeck Ratchet Bomb is amazing against Selesnya and Orzhov aggro decks, I'm considering a 1-of Trading Post in the sideboard so I can recycle them, as well as produce blockers and gain life. Also, I only ran one Tidebinder Mage in the sideboard, but having four would have helped me out immensely.
I hope people will share their lists because I'm looking for inspiration. Is there any viable lifegain in these colors?
Still Toying with the sideboard a lot, but the main deck is where I want it. I'd like to work in Notion Thief into the sideboard, just simply to strip a Sphinx Rev, but anytime I've tried, it doesn't work, seeing as Rev almost always gets drop for cheap under pressure, and dumped into on a tap out. I like the idea, and only because I like that card, but I'm sure it's not going to work. If anyone thinks I'm wrong, feel free to help me work it in.
