Normally, I'd expect a lot of control because it is Chicago and a GP, but last couple of events fast red aggro has been successful and GBx midrange seems to be growing a lot lately too despite the lack of any significant success.
I've been playing UW Control all season with some success but think with the growth of Jund maybe black devotion is a better choice. Also if I do stick with UW wuld it be worth it to switch to the new Planar lists to help Jund (but sacrifice the red/mirror matches?).
I know a lot of players going from Michigan and the majority of them will be on UWx control. I think the biggest difference you'll see is some more SB hate for aggro match ups. I would recommend switching to the Planar Cleansing list. Both Reid Duke and Adrian Sullivan made the switch and both did very well. I've been playing with Reid Duke's list for a couple days and it feels much, much stronger then the lists with Sphere's and Light's.
