The Idea of this deck is I really enjoyed playing the energy cards at the prerelease and I thought a causal fun deck based on them would me fun. And I loved the modules when I seen them and was especially impressed with how Fabrication Module played with energy producing creatures so I mixed the themes. I chose green because I think they as a whole have the best energy creatures and black for its removal and card drawing.
Most of the cards are under $5 except Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, and Blooming Marsh. Lands are a good investment as a rule and I have the Kalitases. I looked it up and it is around $100. I have opened half of the cards from Kaladesh during the prereleases I played in, and have the non-Kaladesh card already.
What do you think? How can I make it better on a budget? Any sideboard suggestions? I mostly draft so I don't know exactly what is being played right now. I feel aggro red will show up though. This will be a friday night magic and casual kitchen table deck only. Thanks.
Hey, scoed. I really like your deck. I am building a mono red module combo deck. Madcap experiment greatly increases the consistency of the module combo. If you ever decide to focus more on them, splashing red might be a good idea.
