Hi this is my first deck and I'm sure it's horrible but I gave it a shot. Hopefully though, I got close enough so that it'll only require a few changes. It's a green and blue deck.
I'm looking for suggestions and criticism. Thanks!

First off, go to the deck building subforum and learn the proper formatting for putting a deck online. A lot, normally myself included, will ignore a thread if the deck isn't posted in a way that's easy for consumption.
Next you have to know which cards are in standard and which cards aren't. For example, Air Servant and Oakenform are not standard legal cards.
Finally, trying to upgrade and twist a set starter deck into something competitive is a very hard thing to do. Typically, they're not very good to start off with and by the end you've changed it into something so different from the original you should've just started from scratch to begin with. My recommendation, especially for new players, is to start off playing decks you find online. They don't have to be Pro Tour winning decks, just start off with decks you find online. There are plenty here in the Budget and Deckbuilding subforums to get you started. Read the threads, learn how the decks are played and why the builders made the choices they made. Understand why people making suggestions are making those suggestions. Before long, you'll be comfortable enough to build your own decks from scratch.
I also recommend reading up on the topic of deckbuilding. There are good resources in these forums and on the internet in general. They're easy to find with a few google searches.
For the deck you posted, aside from the illegal cards, it's not a terribly bad deck. It's just not terribly good either. You can play it and learn while playing, but you're not going to win FNM. If you want to be competitive at FNM, and possibly even win, I'd recommend starting off with a mono-white Human deck. They're fairly cheap to build and fairly easy to learn. It's a good place to get started right now.
I second the notion that white weenie is a good way to learn the game and still be competitive while you do it. There is a thread in budget that I worked with someone to build that's White with a Green splash, Total Cost was around $50-$60. You can also splash red or blue too if you want to. But White is usually a good place to get started. It's rather straight forward.

That's so odd. I wonder why they would randomly make cards standard legal just so they can put them in a starter deck. Wouldn't it just be easier for them to put in a card that's already standard legal?
