I decided I wanted to go a little weird with my next deck, and basically I want to win in the most unique way possible.
It definitely doesn't get more weird than that! Obviously the hardest part of the deck is going to be digging through the deck to get access to all 4. Luckily, it does let me scry through the deck. I'm also going to use Vessel of Nascency to help dig down as well (also it helps to get Hedron in the GY, satisfying 1 requirement).
The hardest requirement will be getting it to exile. Angelic Purge is a great card for this. Not only does it act as spot removal in the deck, but it can be used to hit my own Hedron Alignment to send it to exile. The best play would be sacrificing 1 Hedron Alignment to pay for Angelic Purge and use it to exile another, satisfying 2 requirements with 1 play! I've also added in Void Shatter so I can counter my own Hedron Alignment.
The rest of the deck is standard enchantment control stuff, standard WU control stuff. Spot control, counterspells, sweepers. The sideboard is set up to either lean heavier into control or add in more threats for the control mirror.
So, $100 is a pretty hefty budget. There's no doubt of that, but the majority of that budget is the lands. They make up about $40 by themselves. I've always felt like lands, since they can be put in a ton of decks are a good investment for the budget player. You'll get plenty of mileage from them. If you don't want to drop that much on lands, you could definitely fix the mana with a little trick I've used: 4 Evolving Wilds, 4 Ruin in their Wake, and 1 Wastes. It's pretty reliable for getting all of your colors, and can even ramp you. (I'm probably gonna start off with that trick so I can start testing immediately, and then buy lands as the season goes on.)
The sideboard is $15. I think the most expensive card is Sigarda. I feel it's an essential sideboard card. It can protect you from discard, and even GY hate. Currently there isn't much GY hate out there, but if reanimator decks take off (I played against a brutal one at FNM, not with this deck, though[/card]), you can probably expect some of that to come in, and you don't wanna get hit by that splash damage.
