I want to take as much advantage as possible of these two spicy instants in a budget rush deck. I think they give some good reach which budget aggro decks are missing sometimes.
Satyr Wayfinder? If you want this to go fast, you'll need some way to fuel delve. Of course, self-mill will give your opponent information and leave you more open to a 2-for-1 (or 3-for-1 here).
Den Protectors would be good, but not in my price range. They let you play with Wayfinder and Commune. Nevertheless, makes me think more of a green heavy version.
I know, Evolving Wilds sucks and we should have the scry lands instead of the lifegain lands, blah blah blah. I mean, yes, Temple of Abandon is basically the cheapest scry land, but I currently have none, so I'm going this route for now. 4 CIPT lands aren't killing me yet.
Anyway, I have a few ways to deal with flyers (this deck gets hit hard by flyers) and also bigger creatures once we get a good board presence. The Conifer Strider of course is for those fun decks that like to wipe out all our creatures, so hexproof of course turns that off.
In testing, I generally can cast a Become Immense as early as turn 3, in most cases, thanks to the Commune With the Gods and the Satyr Wayfinders. I really wanted to put some Feed the Clan in here to offset some aggressive decks, but couldn't really find anything I wanted to cut.
This deck would love Prophetic Flamespeaker. Yes its a mythic rare, but its currently under $2, offers pretty great card advantage through its exile effects and can hit for 14 damage in one turn off of become immense. the question is if you feel like you can get away with running 1RR three drop.
4 Become Immense is too many. I'd be running 1-2 at most. It's not a card you want to see frequently, it's something you want to see once in a game for a huge blowout. It's also very difficult to pay for 4 delve cards without some serious graveyard stuff going on. Jeskai Tokens gets away with 4 Cruises because of the cycling on Jeskai Ascendancy, control can play a lot of delve because they're playing the long game and most of their cards are instants and sorcery's that will end up in the yard anyway, but this deck wants to be quick and unless you're running Commune With the Gods (which I also don't like in the deck, you don't want to be playing a sorcery on your turn when you can be curving out with an aggro deck unless that sorcery is removing blockers) you're just not going to fill up your graveyard very fast, especially with these budget decks that aren't running any of the rare fetches and can't afford to run many Evolving Wilds for risk of slowing itself down too much.

Let me know what you think.
Darkling Scribe - love the idea of a few Prophetic Flamespeaker.
What do you guys think of 2 or 3 Sudden Reclamation? Though, like Commune with the Gods, I'm worried about milling one of our key instants. Den Protector would be so good, curse it for expense.
