I think the jets are too slow. I'd add a hammerhand to begin with and 1-2 zurgo bellstriker. If they don't kill it, you're generally doing well. Dragon fodder doesn't seem terribly good without rabblemaster. 19 lands is a lot for a sligh type build so if you're going to do that and don't have money for stokes, I can see putting in a couple goblin heelcutter. They're fine anyway and can help you evade coursers and whatnot that you'd normally kill with stoke.
I agree that the jets are generally too slow. Dragon Fodder works well with Foundry Street though. A couple of questions for you. 1. Does Akroan Soldier make more sense than Satyr Hoplite? 2. What is the optimum number of Bellstrikers? 3. If I had access to the fetchlands does it make sense to play those? I think I could borrow up to 4 of each from a friend.
To comment on your last question - fetch lands. No, it makes no sense to put them in a mono deck. All you are doing is taking a hit to find a mountain. Better to just keep it a mountain.
If you're doing akroan, you're going full boss sligh, I think. Which is fine. Just got to realize that that's what you're doing. I like 3 bellstrikers.
Fetches are fine... if you have a reason to. Like I've seen play 4 wooded foothills, a forest, and some confluences to support atarka's command and 2 become immense. But if its just for thinning, no. You only fetch if you have a reason like you're going to use it or want them in the grave. Or in the case of legacy, shuffle for brainstorm.
I took out the Akroan Crusader because I didn't really have enough spells to help him a lot. He is a great card though. The Reckless Revelers are for Whip of Erebos or other problematic Artifacts you may run into (cough...Obelisk of Urd...cough). The sideboard turns this into a mostly creature based deck. I kept the land count at 20, because it just works better with some lifegain in Radiant Fountain as far as I've seen. Hopefully your deck does well, though!
