Long story short, dummies synergize to make Living Lore a total beast. What do you think? (I hope to high heavens this isn't similar to something someone else has already built. I came up with this in an hour while listening to Dank Dank Docks.)
I'm sure others have done it but it isn't established or anything. I think you could cut some of the fat to add anticipates, treasure cruises, counters, and some draw that lets you discard. Got to get the living lore after all.
If your goal is a large Living Lore, I think you may be going about it wrong. The only method you have of getting your big sorceries into the grave is manifest, two of them can't even be cast from hand to get into the grave as they exile themselves on cast. You have only 6 targets total which is a problem as well. The instant doesn't work particularly well with Lore either.
You want 4x Treasure Cruise to retrieve, then fuel, your Living Lore. Upgrade to Dig Through Time if you can. You should have 4 Lores as well. Silimgar's Command is a good budget spell that hits just about everything in your colors and plays well with Lore, 4x.
You'll want fetches to fuel delve, Evolving Wilds and get Polluted Deltas when you can. Monastery Siege helps you at all points in the game, 2x.
You need creatures and grave fuel, so Sultai Emissary should be first on the short list, 4x, then Jeskai Infiltrator, 3x
The only Strive card I would consider for this is Silence the Believers. Lore seeker must survive combat to be sacrificed to get a free spell, so making him less than a 4/4 at the least is setting yourself up for failure.
You will want Anticipate and Bile Blight for stuff to do early. Another 4-6 creatures for early game, preferably that can draw removal like Grim Haruspex. 2 more at 5 - 6 mana to fall back on.
I think In Garruk's Wake is the strongest of your big sorceries, if you keep any, keep that. Crux of Fate is a decent sweeper though, consider it. Of course, you could also run Extinguish All Hope and all enchantment creatures, but that's a totally different deck
2x Grim Haruspex
2x Jeskai Infiltrator
2x Jeskai Sage
3x Living Lore
3x Palace Familiar
3x Sidisi, Undead Vizier
3x Sidisi's Faithful
4x Sultai Emissary
4x Typhoid Rats
1x Clone Legion
1x In Garruk's Wake
1x Temporal Trespass
1x Worst Fears
Enchantment (6)
3x Aqueous Form
3x Stratus Walk
Land (22)
4x Dismal Backwater
9x Island
9x Swamp
2x Polymorphous Rush
Maybeboard (2)
1x Corpseweft
1x Palace Siege
