I can build green right and have most of the cards for it however it has the higher number of cards that are rotating.
I will attend magic celebration 2015, so I have to pick a color out of these packs to add to the deck. Assume the only changes to the above lists will be stuff that is rotating out for what is in these lists and 2 packs Of m15.
I'm up for suggestions on what to do NOW if you have any that will improve the deck in the future.
I assume giant growth will be reprinted, and I'm expecting a new budget world of gaining titanic growth. For green.
Red seems powerful as theros block.

Tom ross piloted this mono-red budget deck to good results at scg invitational, scg open also had a similar deck but with a bigger budget.
