You don't need promenades. They're beyond bad. Just add in more basics. Temples/shocks if you can afford them/have them but eh. If worst comes to worst, just add more lands. Promenades are terrible.
Boros charm is useless for you as you're not going to beat your opponent by burn. If you're going to play red, might as well play assemble the legion as a secondary win con. Blind obedience is good and you need elixir of immortality. If you don't understand why, its because then massive revs plus cycling your burn around becomes a viable win condition. The life is also welcome enough. I also suggest making room for font of fortunes as an intermediate draw spell. And lastly, red should be your most minor color. It should have the fewest basic lands. You could honestly just do it UW but if you want UWR, it needs justification for hurting your mana base.
Only if your definition of smoking crack = being right. At least its better than playing a face burn that has a second mode that has little application for you and a third mode that has limited application as you play very few permanents. That along with your 12 white sources that all cipt with zero draw or filter outside using izzet charm to looter (which is card disadvantage when used that way) to get to your first/second supreme verdict which costs double white, effectively forcing you to one for one against aggro a lot more than you should have to. Then there's the fact that your most minor color (red) which is also the only one that doesn't have multiple double color costs (White has celestial flare and supreme verdict. Blue has dissolve, sphinx's rev, and aetherling) and the color with less than half the demand of either of the other two has the most lands devoted to it. Instead of asking if the other person is smoking crack, either talk it out and explain your position or write a notice on your post along the lines of "I'm one of those people who's going to post because I wish to be hero worshiped as a great an almighty deck builder/player/whatever. Even though I'm going to ask people how to improve it, I don't really want your opinions. I just want you all to tell me that its perfect for my own self gratification." so people will know not to bother.
In all fairness, he did post in the budget forum. However, by posting an inappropriate choice of words in response to someone trying to actually help make the deck better, (spam) you sound like a troll posting just to get clicks.
