Highly Doubtful, turbo-fog is good when aggressive creatures are the primary win condition. Anyone playing Gray Merchant or control will blow you straight out of the water, not to mention the deck looks crazy slow to set up as well. The best way to win on the cheap is going monocolored. That way you can focus money on cards instead of the land base.
If you make me a budget for $30 I'll buy it for fnm. oh this will be fun!!!!!!!!
