I've been working on an enrage dinosaur deck. I'm having a hard time finding cards to damage my enrage guys. The best one I can think of is Walking Ballista. I'm aiming for it to be a competitive deck, and I know enrage isn't getting a lot of attention so I'm not looking for "Enrage is bad. Pick a different deck." I just want help brainstorming the best options for triggering enrage in standard.
Rile and Savage Stomp are the only ones I would bother with, maybe even Pounce. Typically you're also just pinging your own dinos with your red removals if you have too much in hand or against a deck you have no targets for. If you're not playing red, it should just be in a BG Snek deck and just ping your dinos with Ballista.
Other than that I wouldn't waste your time on subpar enablers. The dinos are good on their own that your opponent will probably even unwillingly help out when they have to block or use a red removal.
Sadly Nahiri's Machinations is rotating - but it will be the enabler for my kitchen table enraged dinosaurs deck, makes for some interesting choices for the opponent.
For standard, the fight cards and regular burn seem the best, just like TBuzzsaw mentioned. Might even try out Dual Shot.
Several of the options that others have mentioned are great.
I've been doing some proxy testing and really like the frequency with which I can have Ranging Raptors and a Ripjaw Raptor out by turn 3, attach and possibly kill opponent's weenies (triggering Enrage), pass, end of their turn, play Fiery Cannonade killing whatever they just played to recover, or Dual Shot, both of which trigger Enrage yet again.
Triggering Enrage at least twice in a game on each of those two is turning out to be pretty easy and nets me 4 cards, at least two of which are lands. And building from that into say, a Raging Swordtooth on the next turn is pretty much insurmountable in most cases.

Ramp + card advantage. Rinse and repeat.
Triggering Enrage at least twice, often 3 times, in a game on each of those two is turning out to be easier than I expected.
Also, though Walking Ballista is a great card, and can be a great mana sink in the late game and maybe a SB include because of it, not having to rely as heavily on it and instead using budget-friendly burn spells will make things more affordable since Ripjaw Raptor looks poised to surpass Ballista in price.

I don't know how cards work with being legal in blocks and stuff, but if you are talking kitchen table Magic, Pyrohemia is awesome for triggering enrage. It will ping ALL creatures in play with damage and even hurt the players. In my Dino deck, I use pyro to trigger enrage on Silverclad ferocidons and sun-crowned hunters. The interaction with the enrage cards is brutal and probably one of the better options to trigger it.

You are correct that Pyrohemia is an amazing choice to add into an enrage deck, but as of now it is currently not in Standard. Maybe we will get a reprint in M19,but I would doubt it.
Standard is currently: Kaladesh, Aether Revolt, Amonket, Hour of Dev, Ixalan, rivals of ixalan, and Dominaria.

All red, all good 1-2 damage when you'd like it mostly.
I think you are talking about Forerunner of the Empire and Reckless Rage
