I'm playing a 5 color panharmonicon deck, and I want a discard spell.
Playing against uw flash is super difficult without knowing what is in their hand, they seem to have exact answer every time. I could also use a discard spell against delirium for emrakul, but this is more for uw flash.
So i think there are 3 options transgress the mind, thought-knot seer, and distended mind bender. Now thought-knot is the obvious choice because I'm running panharmonicon, but it gets Blownout by spell queller it is really good against delirium though. Mindbender has the highest ceiling but I can see it getting countered and only getting a selfless spirit or something out of it plus it's probably going to cost around 4 so it will be hard to double spell. Transgress seems like the safe choice, but it's not super impactful. What do you guys think?

If MTG is a part of your life, the formats are like relationships:
Standard/Block = The on-again, off-again holiday fling
Modern/Vintage/Legacy = Stable, homely. A ***** after absence/misreading
Limited/Sealed = Heart breaking free spirit
Commander/Cube = Agreeable, needy and expensive
Pauper/Peasant = Sweet, kind, practical, but shy and boring
I think your analysis is spot on, go with TKS. Consistent, and only increases in value as the game goes on.
Another card for consideration is harsh scrutiny.
The only thing about tks is his weakness to spell queller, which is kind of a big deal in that match so I'm not sure I really want him to be correct though.
I did consider scrutiny but it doesn't get their actual counters.

If you are specifically trying to hit counter spells, there's also Collective Brutality. As an added bonus, you can discard a card to kill a Selfless Spirit.

maybe get TKS out a turn earlier with Eldritch Evolution and sacing mana bear?

This is great on the play if you draw a dork, but if they Queller EE, it's effectively a 3 for 1 since you don't get EE back without sacing something else. It's worth testing but my suspicion is it's too narrow.

I think evolution is very good for this deck, but you're right that this matchup it could lead to huge swings. Maybe running more Noxious gearhulks to zap quellers and get your stuff back?
Lost Legacy is what you'd probably want to use, it exiles, useful against delirium. And on the play you can cast it before a queller, name queller and now they're all gone.
