I don't really play much standard, but I thought I would dip into it this season. I really like Goblin Dark-Dwellers and would like to play them. Are there any decks in standard that feature them, currently?
Most of the decks that are playing red and aren't aggro are playing them. You can find them in some UR, Jund, Naya, Mardu, Grixis, and USA decks, not all, but a lot of decks have a lot of value for them.
GDD's utility fits almost every shell as long as you're able to actually cast him: Jund, Mardu, G/R, U/R, etc. He's stronger in green shells because of recursion cards like Pulse and Den Protector, which can be easily abused to repeat his ETB. White also has good interactions in Eerie Interlude and Eldrazi Displacer. He's never been in a bad spot, as long as you have the required cards to make the best use of his ability.

Yesterday was all I had. Today is all I have. Tomorrow is all I want.
I think, the best color to go along with the goblins would be black, due to all the removal, Kolaghans command, and Read the bones.
I don't think grixis/blue offers the deck much, and I'm not sold on playing a wedge so that just leaves us with jund. I just don't know what other cards to play around it :/. Myabe just a BR deck? Idk pulse of murasa is really good :/
I think it's a solid build for the meta - favored vs Wx Humans, GB Aristocrats, etc. I've had some trouble turning the corner, likely because I haven't shelled out for Chandra, who helps a lot on an empty board.
Yeah, GDD belongs in any deck that runs a good amount of 3 mana or less spells. Otherwise, he's just a 4/4 with menace. B/R control/mid range and U/R Goggles immediately come to mind.
I've seen it in a Mardu Control deck that just runs a bunch of removal and discard. The card is really good and the shell is pretty strong. The deck just lacks the ability to slam the door shut. Chandra is no Elspeth, Sun's Champion or Sphinx's Revelation.
It's worked quite well bringing back Draconic Roar (ideally with Thunderbreak Regent in hand so your opponent takes 3), or Exquisite Firecraft (ideally with 2 instants/sorceries remaining in the gy so it can't be countered). It's a frustrating card for your opponent.
If we get one more 1-2 drop enabler after rotation, Jeskai blink looks like it might become a deck. Displace and Eerie Interlude both team up to get double the effect when combined with GDD. Reflector Mage lets you clear their whole board, for example. The problem right now is that the deck is too top heavy, since Thraben Inspector is the only 1-2 drop with a powerful "enters the battlefield" trigger.
-recast a Fiery Temper or a Exquisite Firecraft,
-recast a Ruinous Path or a Read the Bones,
-recast a Pulse of Murasa or a Traverse the Ulvenwald,
-recast a Declaration in Stone or a Hallowed Moonlight,
-recast a Anticipate or a Just the Wind,
-recast a Dromoka's Command or a Kolaghan's Command.

I feel jund is the way to go for a couple reasons
