Well, it looks like it's conspired itself into having no discernable impact on Standard whatsoever.
Considering it showed up as 4 of in a top 8 deck on the pro-tour I would disagree. If anything I think standard power level is watered down enough for a 4/4 flyer for 4 with a bit of upside to see play. It definitely hasn't in the past. It's hardly an OP card it just fits great in the red/green aggro decks. It can make an excellent finisher for the deck having evasion and a death trigger that advances the deck's strategy.
I'm pretty certain that Ojutai will never ruin standard; be a big player, sure, but anything with Red just has to board in some Rending Volley to beat Ojutai. Would be wonderful to see most decks running around just able to 1-for-1 no contest what is currently the most played finisher in control.
Silumgar is the real threat. Hexproof, no variance, just too slow.
Wizards could print a more effective edict effect and it would bypass most of the dragon's protections so I doubt any of them will really get out of hand. I am pleasantly surprised to see the dragons seeing play as my expectation was that none of them would really see play originally going into this set.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
I honestly can't wait for ithoughtseize to rotate out. Khans and Fate metas were more versatile than right now.
I wonder if when Thoughtsieze rotates out (assuming it isn't reprinted in Origins or Battle for Zendikar) Duress might see a little more play? Also, with the game returning to Zendikar, might we see a reprint of Inquisition of Kozilek?

Hmm, I might have to see "The Dragonlord Ojutai" or "Dragonlord Silumgar" conspiracy if those guys makes it to the top. I won't be surprised either if OP will even create a "The Fetchlands Conspiracy".

It's far from broken, as usual, "broken" card is perfectly fine. JtMS was broken. Stoneforge+Batterskull (they banned mystic cause it was rotating soon and didn't want to affect future balance, Batterskull was the real problem) was broken. Thragtusk was damn close (but was balanced by the fact that aggro could t3 kill with great hand, and was consistent t4). Nothing since then has been a problem.

According to their stats we should see a Silumgar's Scorn or Dragonlord Ojutai Conspiracy thread soon.
