I am looking at building a W/B based control build, and am looking at something that could use Eidolon of Rhetoric and Spirit of the Labyrinth in a deck. Are there any builds which use these? If not, are there any control builds in these colors?
I agree with lunch. Adding green gives you some neat tricks. I was brewing a deck that ran Palace Siege and a heavy control package. I was kind of stuck on what I wanted to actually be doing. It seems like running Course of Kruphix and Siege Rhino just kind of get you there. It's really something I want to make work.
Thanks for all the suggestions and ideas to brew around. I have been looking at this for some time, and have noticed some new tools to build with Dragons being released too.

Not sure I really like Bitter Revelation. It's slow and only fuels Murderous Cut and you are losing a lot of life with Sign in Blood and Thoughtseize already. I would probably add a couple more threats/win cons instead of just Myth and Ugin.
-3 Bitter Revelation
-1 Sign in Blood
+2 Elspeth, Sun's Champion
+2 Palace Siege?
I'm not sure what the 2nd +2 should be but I think you want Elspeth in your deck.

I would definitely try and fit Seeker of the Way into this build. You can usually turn 1 Thoughtseize or Duress and get rid of any removal they might have then jam him turn 2 if the coast is clear. From there you play removal/draw card while you swing in with lifelink to recoup some of the life loss this deck suffers from. I also think Elspeth, Sun's Champion is a better wincon for this deck than Ugin, the Spirit Dragon. Elspeth comes down earlier, gets increasing amounts of damage in (3 then 6 then 9 etc... as opposed to only 3 each turn) and her wipe will never hit anything of yours. Ugin can be awkward with Myth Realized and Banishing Light.
Not playing these cards just makes your deck worse. With Sandsteppe Citadel your mana is perfect most of the time anyway.
You can play just Orzhov if you like but then you're going to have to rely on Sign in Blood and Read the Bones for your card draw and your biggest creature is going to be Brimaz, King of Orekos which dies to Stokes the Flames. Maybe your could try something like Archfiend of Depravity.

Edit: My suggestion on what to take out would be either Bitter Revelation or Ultimate Price. You have Banishing Light, Murderous Cut, Utter End, and Hero's Downfall which all can kill just about ANY creature so having a removal spell that only hits certain creatures doesn't seem as great.
