side in 4 mana confluence, 4 battlefield forge and 4 erase. No, seriously, if your metagame is enchantment heavy just play mono red but with 4 mana confluence and 4 battlefield forge. Maybe even a couple temple of triumph.
Your number one tool(s) for dealing with irritating blockers is the ability to stop blockers. We do this primarily through Frenzied Goblin and Hammerhand. One for one removal you are going to potentially have to face with most decks, not just enchantment centric ones. You just have to ignore it and fight through.

Like it was said before, burn spells like Lightning Strike, Searing Blood, Magma Jet, and Stoke the Flames. Go around blockers with Frenzied Goblin and Hammerhand.
If he Oppressive Rays me once or twice, that's a free turn - Frenzied Goblin now needs 6 mana to use his ability, because it's an activated ability.
Hammerhand is cool yes, but not enough, how much damage am I really going to do? If I want near fatal it would have to be with Rabblemaster with tokens already on the field - which is 4 mana.
If he Oppressive Rays me once or twice, that's a free turn - Frenzied Goblin now needs 6 mana to use his ability, because it's an activated ability.
This is incorrect. Frenzied Goblin's ability is a TRIGGERED ability, not an activated one. Granted, you still need to pay 3 to attack in order to trigger the ability, but 4 mana is worlds cheaper than 6 for a mono-red deck.
If you can't stand Oppresive Rays and Debilitating Injury, how do you surive a Bile Blight?
1 for 1 removal shoudn't be a threat for you. Neither a 3/3 that deals damage to them every turn (and can be lightning strike'd)
Nyx-Fleece Ram isn't also dangerous. You can Lightning Strike/Searing Blood it after it blocks. Doomwake Giant is a problem, but once it comes down you can't avoid it wiping your tokens with enchantment hate. And Drown in Sorrow also is more dangerous than the giant.
Your best plan against such decks is to punch them as fast as you can.
mono-r can't beat dedicated hate, that is all there is to it. If you're super afraid of Doomwake Giant you can play some Hall of Triumphs I guess. But really, if you're playing against a prepared enemy, you're gonna lose a lot. If you don't like the idea you need switch deck.

Turn 5 he drops Doomwake Giant goodbye Akroan Crusader, goodbye all tokens.
Trumpet Blast? Only useful if I have a clear path and Nyx-Fleece Ram and Underworld Coinsmith mitigate damage a lot.
Turn 2 - Nyx Ram
Turn 3 - coinsmith + debilitating strike/oppressive rays etc
Eventually my aggro dies out or is too slow to burn him effectively.
to remove Underworld Coinsmith just use Magma Jet, Searing Blood or Magma Jet

You might want to consider a single Hall of Triumph to help survive Doomwake Giant.
