Title says most of it, I am a die hard naya player, and love running 3 color aggressive decks strategies.
I have tried both of the above naya variants and have had (I know it's just FNM) decent success with both lists. But I wanted to see what better players thought of each, I know neither is really a "tier 1" deck, but in the current meta dominated by thoughtseize, UWx and Jund/Monsters which do you think can be most consistently in the top 4/8?
My own thoughts - the hexproof is really great in match-ups without discard. But most hexproof lists run 14-18 creatures, so I often found myself keeping 1 creature hands or mulligan down to 6 in hopes of getting a second threat. This often led to thoughtseize taking my only threat or taking one, and then devouring flesh on the second.
The brave naya variant seems truly explosive and I love all the combat tricks, but seems to struggle a bit vs control or mono-blue. Also it seems like a 50/50 vs orzhova control as they have tons of discard and removal.
I appreciate any input/suggestions.
