As for the U/W deck I've been running since before Theros released, Archangel of Thune has been the center piece the whole time. Soldier of the Pantheon came in a bit later but has stayed since his addition. My recently built RUG deck is built around Stormbreath Dragon and that won't be changing any time soon.
Detention Sphere. I started making a Bant enchantment control deck, thinking Theros block would have good cards for this deck (Ha ha! Silly me!) When BNG came out and it was clear that enchantments would all care about creatures or be creatures themselves, I switched to an Ephara, God of the Polis deck with a bunch of token generators. And now, I'm playing a sweet WU heroic deck.
Firedrinker Satyr: A lot better than most people think it is. Skullcrack: The only real answer for sphinx's revelation other than Rakdos' Return that isn't a counterspell. Soldier of the Pantheon: may as well be called the "i hate rtr block" card. I hate rtr too. me and this guy, we're friends. Boros Charm: ridiculously useful. Cavalry Pegasus: Alot of people dump on this card, but the effect is useful and even if when it dies you still usually got use out of him. either you force them to use removal on it, or they take flying weenies and mutavaults to the face.

I think those are the cards that have remained constant for me. I'm probably going to lose the black splash from the list this weekend, though, as I finally questioned exactly what I'm getting from running it over straight mono-blue.
i've played izzet control, rakdos aggro, and boros burn, and some number of mizzium mortars, lightning strike, young pyromancer, skullcrack, and magma jet have been inevery deck or sideboard, aside from a few weeks of me playing rakdos aggro when i took young pyromancer out of the sideboard (had him in there with a bunch of burn in the sideboard to try to recover after board wipes but it didn't work out hw i envisioned at all).

Standard Competitive MemberDespite the three decks being vastly different, Detention Sphere was in all of them. Even Hallowed Fountain didn't achieve that.
