I don't have my deck on me but I can tell you a little bit of what is in it. But to let you guys know, I want to make an exile/ make the other person deck out type deck.
Now I dont know if I can do both or if I should just stick with one of those things but yeah
Thats all I can remember until I get home and I can update to my full deck list, but am I at least heading in the right direction?
Can you guys recommend me things?
It looks like you're trying to do a mishmash of U/W Control and U/W Devotion, both of which are tier 1 decks (though some may say otherwise). I'm not sure which one you would rather prefer, but I'll include the link for both premiers. Those guys might be better in helping you.
On another note, U/W Control is really frustrating to play with because all that deck does is stall long enough to Sphinx's Rev for 7 and then spam the board with Elspeth soldier tokens or Aetherling. It is actually common for a match with U/W Control to go to time both in FNM and in big tournaments like a Grand Prix because it takes a long time for that deck to win, and that deck can stall so the other person has to take a long time to win as well. But I digress. Good luck in your deckbuilding.
Forgive my ignorance, but what does U/W & FNM mean?
U/W is just an abbreviation for decks that have blue and white cards (shorter to just type U/W lol). And FNM means Friday Night Magic, a casual Standard event that a LGS (local game shop) hosts each Friday (assuming there are enough people). If you haven't gone to one yet, I would definitely suggest checking it out. And I'm more of a casual player so I only go to FNM and prereleases.
I Am new to Magic, but a very fast learner.
I have recently bought the THEROS Event Deck (http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/arcana/1329)
and edited it a little, but want to edit it further.
