I'm thinking like, playsets of Brave the Elements, Dryad Militants, Loyal Pegasus, Soldier of the Pantheon, Gods Willing, Boros Elite, Judges Familiar, 20 lands and maybe some cheap removal. Thoughts/Ideas?
Board wipes give most aggro decks nightmares.
I built something like this on cockatrice and it can be fun. Dont over extend, just because you can play a creature doesn't always mean you should. Hopeful Eidolon is great in this mix because you can bestow it later and a 1/1 lifelinker for 1 isnt bad. Ethereal Armor is also very good here, as is favored hoplite. Keeping with the 1 drop theme you might consider splashinv red for cackler, legion loyalist, and mountains for chained to the rocks.
I did that and won game day at my lgs. Its pretty doable. But I did dip into 2 drops for imposing sovereign, daring skyjek and precinct captain as there aren't enough good one drops to fill out the entire list and you still get that one drop feel with 20-24. Also, you're missing fortify (absolutely huge for this deck) and a single spear if you want to do it. If I were to do a splash, it actually wouldn't be red. The only "removal" you need is celestial flare. The better splash is black for thoughtseize or if you're budget, duress and maybe xathrid necromancer. Basically, anti-wipe tech. The one power creatures mostly are no bueno except judge's familiar, boros elite (not reeeeally a 1 power creature), and suntail hawk, strictly because they fly and are part of what makes a big fortify a big fortify.
Lol. No initiative. Initiative doesn't help power, making it useless for the main purpose and requires you to hold up mana which the deck can't really afford.
Elspeth and assemble would require you to play many more lands than a 1-2 drops deck (barring fortify) which can get away with 18-20 depending on how much you like pushing your luck.
Also, adding off color creatures lowers your brave the elements effectiveness. If you're going to do it, there is no contingency plan aside splashing black with (sided?) necromancer. You win or you don't. Cmc 5 and 6 contingency plans don't further the win and will cost you far more games than they help. It is simply bad policy. Its fine if your contingency plan fits into your game plan but not so much if it deviates so far out of it that every time you draw it aside when you're dying, its a useless card. Nor are inconsistent cards good. For example, chained to the rocks is fine in red aggro splash white because you can play shocks and temples, leaving you 8 white sources to cast it and all the mountains you could want. Whereas here, without "mountain" mountains, the mountain count in the deck would be 4 (4 sacred foundry) which is a dismal number and cannot be relied upon. While putting non-white producing lands is a bad idea (barring 2 mutavault and pushing the land count 21 as it'd help you more consistently get the 3rd land for fortify when you need it without cramping your speed) in a deck that kinda likes the possibility of going turn 1 one drop, turn 2, two one drops.
Creatures are too good nowadays. When you get stonewalled by a turn 2 Fleecemain or turn 3 Courser/Brimaz yorue going to wonder why you're playing that deck again.
When half the one drops evade both of the noted and the deck's entire spell base is built to combat such things, you'll be wondering why you ever bothered to use the term stonewalled against a swarm deck. It is not a tier 1 whatever but nor is just a fleecemane, nor a courser/Brimaz going to stop it. Nor will 2 of them.
Heck yeah. I'd make sure to include a playset between MD and SB to combat board wipes, esp. considering your whole team is liable to die not just to Supreme Verdict but also Drown in Sorrow and Anger of the Gods (and possibly even Golgari Charm).

Love. Forgive. Trust. Be willing to be broken that you may be remade.
I was actually able to pull that off back when Champion of the Parish was still in Standard. Oh, it was glorious.
These days, probably not as potent, but Judge's Familiar gives you a way to hold off wipe for one more turn....
I'd strongly consider Favored Hoplite with some Gods Willing and the like to push him over the top. You need SOME creature with some reach, or you'll just run out of steam too fast. Or else go with your own wipers and just count on Servitude to bring your guys back...but that's getting awfully cute.
Without something like CotP, I don't know about the viability of this right now. But props for trying!
White weenie one drops probably has no answers to supreme verdict mainboard, generally. At least not other than playing around it like any other aggro deck. However, in sideboard, I think that silence belongs (kinda relevant for this sort) and if you want it, rootborn defenses... but I don't prefer. Though if you did it a little less budgety and splashed red, you would have boros charm. If you went splash black, you could either try to yank it from their hand via normal hand hate or sin collector or you could try to stick a necromancer. Of course, that'd likely be mainboard bit it'd notably cost you a bit of speed, stretching you more into normal white splash black weenie. Splashing red would result in more high one drop purity.

Well Judge's Familiar can't really do anything against Supreme Verdict
