Hi there, with this new Format there are lots of new possibilities. So i was Brainstorming what you could do.
As i played enchantress in legacy i thought of what Parts we have in Pioneer. Because the Format is relatively new i have no idea of how fast it is.
Lets look At some pieces we have:
Constellation decks were a bit of a thing when the Theros block was in Standard. I saw a Rock Stars deck (Black-Green Constellation) in action and it worked. Those decks might be the place to start looking for ideas.
Here are some links to Constellation decks from Starcity followed by two old Constellation threads from Mtgsalvation.
There may be more Constellation decks on Starcity. I looked for decks with Reaper of the Wilds, which was a card in Rock Stars. I selected decks with Constellation in the name.
Theros dropped near the end of 2013 so start searching around there.
I don't think Enchantress is going to be a competitive deck any time soon. All the enchantress creatures are vulnerable. Sphere of Safety is costly to cast. Sigil of the Empty Throne is a win condition that is costly to cast.
I really wish Enchantress's Presence was in Pioneer. That would make the draw engine a little less vulnerable. I think a cheaper payoff than Sigil would also help. Alternatively, another wincon besides Sigil would strengthen the offensive power of the deck.
Destiny Spinner seems like a very good Addition. Also cards like Wild growth and Utopia Sprawl would be wonderful to have. Starfield to Nyx adds a wincon as well.
I like the cost reducers as well

Yeah, but it's really more "Disney Evil" than practical. It's like being a bond villain and giving a monologue rather then just shooting them.
If you want to play on MTGO add me I'm HeskatetAS, playing Modern and Legacy
It looks like Wizards is moving away from 1-mana enchantment mana ramp and 2 CMC land ramp for green. If you look at all Pioneer-legal sets, prior to Wolfwillow Haven, such enchant land mana ramp cards were 3 CMC. Likewise, there hasn't been a Rampant Growth 2-mana card in Pioneer either. Those cards are also 3 CMC now. So, Pioneer Enchantress needs a bit more strength before being tier 1 or 2.
also you get cards like archon of sun's grace, arasta, destiny spinner, the birth of meletis... i think this is underrated as hell
Arasta is pointless in the current Pioneer meta. The Birth of Meletis might be a Wall of Omens replacement for Pioneer. Archon of Sun's Grace is a little worse than Sigil, as Archon can be killed quickly. I'd only accept Archon if Enchanted Evening was Pioneer-legal.
I believe the cost reducers are traps because they're not enchantment creatures (they don't synergize with Champ, Archon, Throne, Sphere etc... i.e. the strong payoffs), they're bad blockers, weak to removal, and their inner payoffs is garbage.
Removal seems bad in this archetype, so I bet it's just better to do something big rather than be too reactive.
Deck wincons are slow, like very slow. I don't know how good the deck can handle aggro.

Pioneer - A bunch of stuff Modern - Humans Legacy - Grixis Phoenix / Death & Taxes
Drawing cards in this Deck is crucial and you need some ways of protection. I think Eidolon of blossoms is too neccessary to skip it completely. Also finale of devastation acts as a worse Green Sun's Zenith but gives the Option to search for nongreen creatures and especially for both card draw creatures.
Since Our wincons are slow and we don't have that mich protection we need to bring in more wincons. Starfield to Nyx is to be considered, also helps with getting protection back up.
Courser of cruphix is not that good imo to consider 4 of them maindeck

I think Dryad of the Ilysian Grove could fit Courser's slots. It fixes our mana, allows us to get more ressources on the battlefield when our draw engine is online and has the same P/T to stall early pressure. We do lose the life gain that Courser provides when we play lands though, which is really helpful against aggro decks.
EDIT: Playing Dryad would also allows to splash black for Doomwake Giant, which was a big part of the constellation deck while it was standard if I remember correctly.

I had made a list before Ikoria was spoiled that was mill sub-themed. Ran pretty decent at local FNM's, where aside from rare mana whiffs, at the least put up a good fight against the LGS meta.
While it was not pure enchantress, it was designed from the shell of it (pre-TBD) and Detention Sphere/Induced Amnesia interactions (Toast their hands or change your own/extra ST mill). Sideboard had more copies of SV and STW and other LGS-meta specific stuff like Ratchet Bomb for scales decks. TBD changed out 2 EOB and the 1 ofs reducers for Champions, and I swapped Teferi, Time Raveler for Calix.

This is what I was thinking.
I play Enchantress in Legacy and Commander, why not in Pioneer! LOL
When my LGS opens back up I’m giving this a try, with the Dryad.
I think that we should fix the mana curve through the addition of some cards with CC 2 in the decklists with W (without ways to accelerate) such as Nyx-Fleece Ram that is able to tank some attacks while regaining some hp while being in the battlefield.
Vessel of Volatility+Wolfwillow Haven in the same deck is not bad.
The former enchantement gives you up to +2 mana usable (even though specific) at turn 3, thus allowing you to cast a spell with casting cost 5 whereas the latter card gives you +1 mana, thus granting you the possibility to cast a cart with CC 4.
Otherwise, we have Atarka's Command which can be used even to put onto the battlefield another land if we have another one on our hand. This requirement shouldn't be a problem considering the land count, but it is still something to keep in mind.
I've been testing a GW enchant deck, but it was lacking some interaction, so I was looking for some red/black enchantments, and I came with the list above (still testing).
Klothys, God of Destiny will be a nice addition now that decks with Uro's and Kroxas' are spawning, as it will exile them.
Experimental Frenzy will help to drop more enchantments once we got a bunch of lands and 1 or 2 with Wolfwillow Haven attached to them and the cost reduction creatures.
What do you think about this brand new deck? Captive Audience is lingering. It can help to reduce their life to 4 and finishing with Klothys and Mogis.

The Problem that i see, is that we don't have the ramp like wildgrowth and Utopia sprawl.
Filtering can be done with Commune with the Gods. And Nykthos, shrine to nyx is the Serra's Sanctum replacement.
What do you guys think? Is this a possible deck? Could it win some games? I am open to all kinds of ideas/criticism.
Greetings HeskatetAS
