It's that time again (feels like these threads are coming back to back these days) and we seem to have some good additions so far!
Vicious Offering looks like a Pauper Dismember! We really don't mind losing creatures in Black since we have so many options to bring them back, plus a lot of our creatures trigger on death.
Serra Disciple is interesting. It looks good for a White Weenie/Metalcraft build. Coming stock with Flying AND First Strike looks awesome on a 2 mana creature, not to mention the fact that it has a built in pump trigger!
Keldon Overseer seems like a good late game swing for stalled boards, but 7 mana is ridiculous for a red deck (especially in Pauper). Though, it is awesome that we are starting to see Common versions of Rare designs since this reminded me of Zealous Conscripts when I saw it. That makes me very hopeful for the format in the future!
There's a few other commons spoiled, but none of them have grabbed my attention. We also have a lot of unknown rarities it seems, which is really interesting. Have they shown those rarities anywhere else or are they a mystery for now?
I don't like anything spoiled so far, save for Serra Disciple which is OK-ish (it's artifact-only Prowess in Pauper unless we get a common playable Saga, which I doubt, so I wouldn't get my hopes too high).
Keldon Overseer would have been decent in Tron if the Kicker was colorless, and Vicious Offering costs one mana too many. A strictly better Disfigure wouldn't have killed anyone (except Gurmag Angler I guess), since the sac a dude cost is a bit steep, and 2-for-1'ing yourself is not where you really want to be in Control, but having the option to upgrade your Disfigure in an emergency situation would have been nice. Also would have helped the hot mess that is Standard right now, since it kills aggro dudes on the cheap while still being an out to Hazoret.
Also the white rarity symbol looks hideous, I hope this isn't a thing going forward.
These new cards are being incredible, and I hope there's a few more gems of this caliber still hiding in the spoiler. Unwind would have been awesome as a strictly better Negate (which wasn't the most OP card ever or anything anyways), or even as a 2 mana Spell Pierce, because at 3 mana I think it won't see the amount of play it would have seen if it was 2. Super playable and definitely a staple, nonetheless. I hope Garfield takes MaRo's place sometime down the line, because every set he's a part of is a massive home run both in flavor and power level, as opposed to the low powered garbage we usually see.
Except, Frantic Search is banned in pauper, but yeah, still a strong possibility as a sideboard. Leaves blue with mana open to brainstorm and such at EoT at least.

Not in paper pauper it isn't. Of course if you aren't using the ban list your playing drake in that slot.
Arcane Flight is actually playable, another shockingly acceptable card.

Unwind, Divest and Adventurous Impulse all seem like the most likely to see Pauper play so far. I like the Green Cantrip a lot! I'm sure it's going to see lots of play because of its versatility, cheap mana cost and great card selection! basically a Green Ponder in most cases.
Unwind is a weird one. While it being potentially "free" is great, it costs you three mana up font. This is not going to win you counter wars, which was an important role for Negate. What cards is this trying to counter that would be worth untapping for after it resolves?
Arcane Flight also seems good. A good boost and evasion is nice, but what Blue deck wants this?

I see it less as keeping mana open for counters and more for casting things like Repulse, Brainstorm, Impulse, etc.
Artificer's Assistant and Ghitu Lavarunner are the only two cards from the final batch that have some degree of playability. First one is a Zephyr Sprite that scries one for artifact decks, so if the Eggs deck ever picks up some steam, this will likely be a core piece to it.
Lavarunner is Pauper's own Goblin Guide... with the disadvantage of not working in the very first turn where it matters the most. It really needed permanent Haste to be a top tier creature. As is, I guess it can find a slot in URx tempo decks, since it will probably be active consistently as soon as turn 2-3 and isnt' a half-bad top deck late game for an aggro deck. I guess you could also jump through hoops with free Phyrexianspells, but that requires you to run cards that might not be optimal.
Coupled with Divest, Unwind and Adventurous Impulse, those are the cards more likely to see play. I wish Impulse got to dump cards to the 'yard instead of the bottom of the library to be a true staple instead of a poor man's Ponder, but oh well. Flip side is that this card isn't that much threatening to limited, so maybe in a graveyard based set we will see that kind of semi functional reprint.
Also it's been a month and I still can't get over that hideous white symbol, hope they get rid of it soon.

Powerstone Shard also looks good for a colorless or colorless green tron deck.

Pretty bad, his stats are trash for his cost and Indestructible is super overcosted.
